An Engineer- Manager is responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled.

A few
of the main duties of an engineering manager are answering technical questions, proposing budgets for
projects, training new employees, and working with various other departments. An Engineer- Manager is a
Leader not a Boss, leads the team to success and not been carried by the workers to give him/her the success
that they were aiming for.
