Manual: duties (responsibilities) as an operator.

As an operator you are one of the people

responsible for answering messages on the messagecentral. The messages are received from various
websites; clients come on these websites for a nice conversation or to make their fantasies come
true, talk about their fantasies or to share them. Your messages must make that possible! The better
and the more interesting your messages are, the sooner the client will return and the more money
you will earn!

Better quality means earning more money. When you have a nice conversation with a client, our
system will see to it that that client comes to you again and again. In this way you can consequently
answer more messages and even quicker because you do not have to read again, but you can
continue in the current conversation. Thus you can earn much more money in a short time by
answering more messages better.

How can you as an operator improve the quality? When you receive a message from a client, you
actually have only one goal and that goal is to make sure that the client responds to your message.
Make sure that the client has a reason to respond.

To make sure that the client keeps returning we have a few tips listed for you:

1. Show that you are interested in the client and make use of the profile-and logbook
information. The customer is always right! Make sure that every message you send is
personal and specifically for that client as a reaction on his message.

That is why it is important that you:

   Answer all the questions, in the message, that the client asks.

   Stimulate the client to react to your message, for example by asking a question yourself.

   React interestedly to what the client tells you. When he says what kind of work he does or
how he spends his spare time you can take up on this very well, instead of switching over to
another subject immediately.

   Adapt the length of your message to that of your client. When your client sends a
message of 400 characters it looks very uninteresting if you react with a message of only 80
characters in a single line.

   Not (always) steer towards sex yourself. Some clients want to talk about sex at once, but
most of them want to chat first. If the client himself starts with that subject you may of
course go along, but if the client enthusiastically starts to talk about his hobby there is
absolutely no reason to turn the conversation to sex.

   Now and then use the name or other personal data of this client, if you know them. This
makes the message more personal.

   Read and fill in the logbook carefully. All the information about the client needs to be
written in there, and the conversation with the client. If, for example, is written that the
client lives in Eindhoven a good question will be: “What would you like to show me in
Eindhoven?” Bad question: “Where do you come from?” When, in the logbook, is written
that the client likes SM a good question will be: “Are you dominant or submissive when it
comes to SM?” Bad question:
“What are your sexual preferences?” When the client has a profile picture on which he is shown with
a healthy naked upper -body a good question will be: “What a body, how did you get it, do you do
any sports, have you got more pictures like this one?” Bad question: “Can you show me a picture of
yours?”

2. Keep up with profiles and logbooks. The most frustrating thing for a client is to get the
feeling that he is not taken seriously. Therefore, see to it that you never ask for something
that a client has already written in his profile or that has already been placed in the logbook.
You can indeed anticipate on it: If a client, for example, has” running” as his hobby then you
could ask, on Friday, if he is planning to go running during the weekend. The client would
like it that you “remember” that! Furthermore we always base ourselves under the
assumption that what is written in the logbook is the truth. When one of our types is named
Bernadette in the logbook we do not suddenly change her name. If it is written that she is a
nurse we do not all of a sudden say that she is a hairdresser, etc. etc. We use the same
information for all the clients, thus no different names, jobs, etc. etc. for different clients.
This will throw everything into disorder.

3. Improve the logbooks. Logbooks are of no use if they are not improved carefully. Therefore,
make sure that you always write relevant information, which the client has sent, in the
logbook, just as the relevant information which you have sent on behalf of the player. Keep
the logbooks short and clear, write information under the right category and do not copy
whole pieces of text from other messages.

4. Do not promise a date. This may be the most important rule. We never date. In the proper
sense of word this means that we never agree, say “yes”, to dates. Remarks as “It looks nice/
exciting to do.” are very good, but to promise a definite date or send a client to a location is
absolutely forbidden.

5. Avoid recognizable patterns. Many clients have conversations with more ladies. Therefore,
try to avoid recognizable patterns (messages that end in “xxx” or “kiss kiss”), and the
excessive use of certain words (“hihi” for example). Every message must be unique. As soon
as a client gets more or less the same message from two different ladies he will look more
critically at the site, as a result of which we could lose a good client.

6. Use pictures to your own advantage. When a client sends a picture, of course he wants you
to react to it or to what you see. Always log what kind of picture the client has sent. Often
our players also have pictures which can be sent: Use them cautiously, do not waste them. If
there is no reason to send a picture, do not do it, but keep it for the right moment, for
example when a client asks for a picture or if the conversation stagnates or when the client
starts to doubt you. Never promise a picture when the profile has no pictures.
7. General don’t: The following things must be avoided at all times:
 Chase away clients. You may be critical, you may enter into a discussion, you may not
abuse or become too heated.
 Copy/ paste massages. Each message must be fully unique, without copy/ paste (parts).

Those who are caught doing this will be immediately locked out from our system.
 Sending bad messages. Make sure that your messages are grammatically correct and in
correct English.

   Conversations that seem like a cross-examination. We are interested in the client; do not
make it look like a cross-examination.

   Speeding errors: You may process messages as fast as you yourself want, only make sure
that there are no speeding errors (spaces in the wrong places, etc.) in them.

   Illegal affairs: We do not go into matters which are forbidden by the law. Think of sex with
minors, animals, or incest, etc. When you meet a client who wants to talk about this, react
(fiercely) dismissive. If the client still continues, upload a screenshot on our website, so that
this client can be removed. This also goes for a client who is a minor himself; in that case we
are not interested in him.

   Make sure that your English is correct. If you have doubts about a word, look it up on
Google.
