1.BATCH HISTORY

Functionality to display all the set of documents for a specific batch with holistic information to trace the history of
a batch.

To get the complete history data for a batch with all details it is necessary to go to different systems, different
reports and transactions.

There is a high fault probability to consider all relevant objects and transactions in the different systems manually.

Before Configuration Batch History in 260 Client, its only SAP Standard available.

2. BEFORE CONFIGURATION
T Code: BMBC

Click batch number and right click, and check for Batch History menu

Batch History Not available.

3.ACTIVATE BATCH HISTORY BUSINESS FUNCTION (CONFIGURA TION)

Its maintained JPD – Switch Framework: Change Business Functions

T Code: SFW5,

Activate customizing for „ Batch History “per business function

Log_PP_Batch_History, activate Bulb glows

4. IMPLEMENTING BATCH HISTORY

Display IMG -> Logistic - General -> Batch Management -> Batch Information Cockpit . (OCHA)

Click on the Display SAP Standard Selection to check the overview of selection tab title.

Define User – Group -Specific Selection

Maintained Julphar User Groups and Plant Based selection activated.

Click Selection Tab title

All Batch related fields maintained, and Save.

BRO Object types maintained

Click BAHMAS

And click user grp click events

Click Changed Attributes, maintained CRTD & CHNG attributes

Here maintained remaining BRO Types same as follows.

5.BATCH INFORMATION C OCKPIT (TRANSACTION: BMBC)

Use T Code BMBC,

Restart with user group where in Batch History functionality is enabled

Flexible selection of batches on the basis of material-, batch-, stock-, SLED- as well as classification-data (e.g.
characteristics like viscosity or density, status of classification)

Then Run T Code: BMBC

Now Julphar Batch History Activated in Restart Menu.

PFB screen, remaining menus are activated.

Evaluation Period for which the history details of a batch have to be considered
Valid Plants selection for having same, BRO types search across all plants for displaying batch history

Cross Systems checkbox if flagged, the history details of a batch are tracked from more than one SAP systems
Movement Type filter used when Material Document object type is flagged.

Given any Material or Plant and Execute or F8

Drag Right Window Right side and check the status of Batches

Click Right click on any Batch, Immediately Right window side displayed Batch details

To take another example like the material 50000013 click execute F8

In T Code : BMBC ,

Right click on batch for this Material 10000007, in right side Batch History data are not displayed.

Then will find out standard SAP Program “RVBOBJTABUPD” it is Batch History : Index Table update

Given that Material 1000007 and execute

Then Immediately run Batch History in BMBC
