    Q.1 Prepare an estimate for the following items of a building shown in Drawing no. 1. Prepare
    abstract for the same.
    a) Excavation for footing
    b) Sand filling in plinth.
    c) B.B.C.C. for foundation concrete.
    d) Brickwork in 1:6 cements mortar for steps.
    e) 10 cm thick RCC slab
    f) First class brickwork in 1:8 C.M.
    g) 50 mm thick DPC in cement concrete.

    Q.2 Calculate the quantities, prepare an estimate and an abstract sheet of the following items of a
    residential building as shown in Drawing no.2. Also make abstract for the same.
    a) Excavation quantities
    b) Sand filling in plinth
    c) Flooring in all rooms
    d) Skirting (75 mm high)
    e) Glazed tiles dedo for bath and WC walls up to 1.5 m height
    f) 10 cm thick RCC slab
    g) Brickwork up to parapet wall.
    h) 12 mm thick inside plaster
    i) 20 mm thick outside plaster.
