    DEED OF CANCELLATION AND REVOCATION OF GENERAL

    POWER OF ATTORNEY

    THIS DEED OF CANCELLATION AND REVOCATION OF


    GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY is executed at Noida on
    _________day of __________2020 by (i) Smt. Chander Kanta,
    wife of Sh. Rajiv Singh having present address at B-20, Banda
    Bahadur Society, Sector 14, Rohini, Delhi; hereinafter referred to
    as the “PRINCIPAL” (which expression shall unless excluded by
    or repugnant to the context means and includes her heirs, legal
    representatives and assignees).

    AND Whereas the said Principal had appointed Sh. Dalip Singh,
    Son of Late Sh. Sham Singh, Resident of A-27/7, DLF Qutub
    Enclave Phase-1, Gurugram, Haryana 122002 as her true and
    lawful General Attorney by way of executing a General Power of
    Attorney bearing No. 35 dated 24.11.1992; registered in the office
    of Sub-Registrar, Noida; hereinafter referred to as the “GENERAL
    ATTORNEY” to do, execute and perform all acts, deeds and
    things therein; in her name and on her behalf relating to her share
    of Agriculture Land situated in Khata No.5, Gata No. 3M and 6
    measuring 82 Bisha 5 Biswas 4 Biswansi situated in
    Village:Vijaysingpur, Tehsil:Nagina, District: Bijnore, Uttar
    Pradesh.

    AND WHEREAS for personal reasons and consideration it has


    now become necessary and/or expedient for the Principal to
    revoke all the powers bestowed upon the General Attorney vide
    General Power of Attorney dated 24.11.1992;

    NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that by this DEED


    OF CANCELLATION AND REVOCATION OF GENERAL POWER
    OF ATTORNEY executed on the _________day of ____________
    2020; the Principal hereby revokes the said General Power of
    Attorney bearing No. 35 dated 24.11.1992; registered in the office
    of Sub-Registrar, Noida and absolutely rescinds all powers or
    authority thereby and there under given to the General Attorney;
    either expressly or impliedly; to do all acts, deeds, intents and
    purposes in her name and on her behalf relating to her share of
    Agriculture Land situated in Khata No.5, Gata No. 3M and 6
    measuring 82 Bisha 5 Biswas 4 Biswansi in Village:Vijaysingpur,
    Tehsil:Nagina, District:Bijnore, Uttar Pradesh.
    IN WITNESSES WHEREOF, THE PRINCIPAL PUTS HER
    SIGNATURE ON THIS DEED OF CANCELLATION AND
    REVOCATION OF GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY AT
    NOIDA ON THIS ________DAY OF ___________2020 AS
    MENTIONED ABOVE.
