What can be done with obesity in schoolchildren ?

Nowadays, obesity, especially in schools is one of the biggest problems of modern society.
With the accessibility to sweets and fast food, children are getting obese. This is unhealthy,
and shortens their life expectancy. Government is expected to do something, but what can it
do ? The two best choices are sports facilities and legislation. Thesis statement
Firstly, the government can build sports centers in schools. That way, children can exercise
and keep being fit…….. EXAMPLEs:

Secondly, the government can also create new legislation, to limit the amount of junk food
eaten by younger people. It can be done by setting new taxes for fast food, or limiting the
amount of fat in junk food. That way fast food isn't banned entirely, but the consumption is
reduced, and as a result the production is also reduce, which makes the food not profitable
anymore.
So, which option is better ? On one hand keeping the children fit is good, but the cost of
building and maintaining these centers will be high’ On the other hand new legislation will be
met with complaints and may not be passed through the parliament. I think that the
legislations option would be better, because finding money in the budget will be difficult.

Yesterday, I went to the zoo for a school trip. That zoo
was pretty big. There were a lot of animals. You can

The tour guide let us came into a cage with goats.

Choosing a career is a very important step in life. Depending on what job you choose, the
qualifications you get will be vary. Qualifications are going to be important when you will be looking
for other job. There are (many) choices to take into consideration when making that important
decision such as/ (including) INCOME and job satisfaction.
The first thing many people think of when choosing a new job is probably INCOME. When you don't
EARN enough money, you cannot afford paying the bills and taxes. Money also can improve your life
standard and diet. On the other hand, jobs that earn the most money require the most qualifications,
and also higher education and training which are usually expensive.
Secondly, what one should consider when choosing a career is job satisfaction.. Apart from making
money, one should enjoy his job. Treating career as a punishment will lead to worsened efficiency,
which in turn costs one losing job. ON THE OTHER HAND, JOB Satisfaction can lead to one’s mental
health.
In my opinion, job satisfaction is a more important issue / aspect to take into consideration when
choosing a job. Your enjoyment of a job will increase the likelihood of promotion. Mental health is
better than material goods.

Apart from money making one should also enjoy his job, because treating it as a punishment will

Uses of abandoned public buildings

Abandoned buildings in cities are becoming a more common sight as time goes on. In addition, houses
in rural areas are more becoming more popular, and as a result, the cost of renting in cities is rising.
That's why buildings are no longer in use. There are many possible uses of them, such as making them
into new building or demolishing them.
The first choice that comes to mind is to simply demolish them. That way we make place for new
buildings and also solve the problem of smog in the cities. Furthermore, removing these buildings
would help air flow around the city and prevent formation of smog. On the other hand, removing this
building removes potential living space for other residents. In addition, due to high cost of renting,
more people have to reside together in order to share the cost which then an cause overpopulation of
this area.
The second choice is to convert these buildings into flats. Abandoned buildings are usually in a good
shape, thus it would only require remodelling of the inside, to make the building a potential flat. That
way we can solve the problem of overpopulation in the cities. The other side of the coin, is that
renovating old buildings is very expensive. Even if the building is structurally in a good shape, the
interior has to be fitted with electrics and hydraulics.
So, what is the better choice ? I think that converting these buildings into flats would be a better idea,
because overpopulation is a serious issue, and building new buildings would cost more to complete.

Nowadays we can see a lot of TV advertisements encouraging to eat fast food and sweats. The
problem with eating junk food is big. In my opinion, ads on junk should be banned for three reasons.

Firstly, people consume too much junk food, which has negative effects on their health. Junk food
such as burgers or chocolate is too fatty, and unhealthy as it contains a lot of sugar. Eating such diet
leads to obesity and many other health problems. However, eating junk food occasionally is not that
harmful for our health. To sum up, having a poor diet could lead to obesity which is encouraged by
fast- food industry.

Secondly, advertising junk food on TV has a strong harmful effect especially on children who don’t

Quality of work mainly depends on how comfortable the workplace is. When your workplace

So, what should be the balance in comfort?
To begin with, A very simple way to make the workplace more people friendly, is to add windows,
proper lighting and air conditioning. Fresh air helps with thinking, and good lighting also is a way to
improve people friendliness of the workplace. The lighting should be in hot colours, because white
light damages eyes. Air conditioning also helps when the weather is hot.
In addition, many workers prefer to have their break rooms decorated with plants and posters are
