CHART
THE COVENANT; THE SCATTERING & THE GATHERING
The Prophecy of the ‘Seven Times’ or 2520, as found in Leviticus 26, is the longest
Time-Prophecy in the Bible. The Daily (508, 538 AD), the 1260, the 1290, the 1335 and the
2300 are all found in this prophetic timeline.
“…I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that
both thou and thy seed may live:…that thou mayest dwell in the land which the Lord sware
unto thy fathers…..” Deuteronomy 30:19, 20
For all to whom this subject is new, we are going to look at the 2520 historically and
through the scriptures. We’re going to show all the points from the Bible so you will have a
Biblical base and can tie it all together and make it as simple and comprehensible as possible.
Few in our time have heard of this prophecy, it has dropped from our understanding, but
it was a very integral part of the Prophecy Chart of 1843, in fact, when you understand the 2520,
all the lines of time prophecy—all of it—can be found within it. Neither we, nor the pioneers, have
seen in the Bible anything longer than the 2520, so we can safely say this is the longest time
prophecy in scripture.
We want to find out, what is it about, and how much information the Bible gives us of this
time prophecy. You will be amazed how much you will see about it in ways that maybe you’ve
never comprehended.
THE COVENANT
We’ll begin with the covenant.
Exodus 19:1-6
“In the third month, when the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt,
the same day came they [into] the wilderness of Sinai. For they were departed from Rephidim,
and were come [to] the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel
camped before the mount. And Moses went up unto God, and the LORD called unto him out of
the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel;
Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and [how] I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought
you unto myself. Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then
ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth [is] mine: And ye shall
be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These [are] the words which thou shalt
speak unto the children of Israel.”
The Bible says when God brought the children of Israel together, He laid out before them
that IF they would keep the COVENANT, they would be a peculiar treasure unto Him and they
would be a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.
What is the basis of this covenant?
Now the basis of the covenant is very clear, and at the end of time, when the 144,000 are
made up and the Latter Rain falls, before the 7 last plague fall, the New Covenant will be
established and the basis of the covenant has always been the same.
Exodus 34:28
“And he (Moses) was there with the LORD forty days and forty nights; he did neither eat
bread, nor drink water. And he wrote upon the tables the words of the covenant, the Ten
Commandments.”
The basis of the COVENANT is the LAW. Looking forward in time we see that when God
brings a peculiar people unto Himself, He’s going to take all sin out of their life. He’s going to
purify it by the blood of Christ and take every trace of sin and iniquity out. And if every trace of
sin is gone, that means you are keeping the LAW OF GOD perfectly through the Power of Christ.
And He does that in His people, but the covenant has been the same, it has always been based on
the Law.
Now when God gave the covenant to His people, something special transpired when he
gave them the law, notice what happened:
“At the very foot of Sinai, Satan began to execute his plans for overthrowing the law of
God, thus carrying forward the same work he had begun in heaven. During the forty days while
Moses was in the mount with God, Satan was busy exciting doubt, apostasy, and rebellion. While
God was writing down His law, to be committed to His covenant people, the Israelites. . .” {PP
335.1}
Now the Bible says that the Israelites were God’s covenant people. God had a covenant
people and we’ll see it was God’s ‘denominated’ (chosen) people.
“Soon after the encampment at Sinai, Moses was called up into the mountain to meet
with God. Alone he climbed the steep and rugged path, and drew near to the cloud that marked
the place of Jehovah's presence. Israel was now to be taken into a close and peculiar relation to
the Most High--to be incorporated as a church and a nation under the government of God.” PP
303:
The covenant brought them into a peculiar relation; they were incorporated as a church
and a nation there. They were the covenant people, different from all the people of the world,
based on the commandments.
We know very clearly that the covenant was broken, it is all thoughout the Word of God
how it was broken. Moses was given some understandings that it is important to understand and
he gave them to the children of Israel.
BLESSINGS AND CURSINGS OF THE COVENANT (LAW)
Based on this covenant there were to be blessings or curses. If the covenant was kept you
would be blest in all these different things. This very text in Leviticus 26 was what was used in
the 1843 chart to prove the ‘Seven Times’. They understood the covenant relationship that God
had with His people. Both the blessings and the curses were based on the commandments.
The blessings are pronounced in Leviticus 26:3-13.
Le 26:3 “If ye walk in my statutes, and keep my commandments, and do them; Then I
will give you rain in due season, and the land shall yield her increase, and the trees of the field
shall yield their fruit. And your threshing shall reach unto the vintage, and the vintage shall reach
unto the sowing time: and ye shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely. And I
will give peace in the land, and ye shall lie down, and none shall make you afraid: and I will rid
evil beasts out of the land, neither shall the sword go through your land. And ye shall chase your
enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword.
“And five of you shall chase an hundred, and an hundred of you shall put ten thousand
to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. For I will have respect unto you,
and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you. And ye shall eat
old store, and bring forth the old because of the new.
“And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. And I will
walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. I am the LORD your God,
which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I
have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright.”
But if they broke the covenant, notice what would happen. The curses are stated in verses
14-39:
“But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; And if ye
shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my
commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint
over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause
sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
“And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that
hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. And if ye will not yet for
all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. And I will break
the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: And your
strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees
of the land yield their fruits.
“And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times
more plagues upon you according to your sins. I will also send wild beasts among you, which
shall rob you of your children, and destroy your cattle, and make you few in number; and your
high ways shall be desolate. And if ye will not be reformed by me by these things, but will walk
contrary unto me; Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times
for your sins. And I will bring a sword upon you, that shall avenge the quarrel of [my] covenant:
and when ye are gathered together within your cities I will send the pestilence among you; and ye
shall be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
“And when I have broken the staff of your bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one
oven, and they shall deliver you your bread again by weight: and ye shall eat, and not be satisfied.
And if ye will not for all this hearken unto me, but walk contrary unto me; Then I will walk
contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you seven times for your sins.
“And ye shall eat the flesh of your sons, and the flesh of your daughters shall ye eat. And I
will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the
carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you. And I will make your cities waste, and bring
your sanctuaries unto desolation, and I will not smell the savour of your sweet odours. And I will
bring the land into desolation: and your enemies which dwell therein shall be astonished at it.
“And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword after you: and your
land shall be desolate, and your cities waste. Then shall the land enjoy her sabbaths, as long as it
lieth desolate, and ye be in your enemies' land; even then shall the land rest, and enjoy her
sabbaths. As long as it lieth desolate it shall rest; because it did not rest in your sabbaths, when
ye dwelt upon it.
“And upon them that are left alive of you I will send a faintness into their hearts in the
lands of their enemies; and the sound of a shaken leaf shall chase them; and they shall flee, as
fleeing from a sword; and they shall fall when none pursueth. And they shall fall one upon
another, as it were before a sword, when none pursueth: and ye shall have no power to stand
before your enemies. And ye shall perish among the heathen, and the land of your enemies shall
eat you up. And they that are left of you shall pine away in their iniquity in your enemies' lands;
and also in the iniquities of their fathers shall they pine away with them.”
Over and over the curses mention SEVEN TIMES. This SEVEN TIMES is mentioned in
the Bible in very intricate ways. We know that the Bible was ordained of God, the stories there,
the history there, was the history that God laid out for us here at the end of the world.
SEVEN TIMES
SEVEN TIMES CHASTISEMENT FOR WILLFUL DISOBEDIENCE
Leviticus 26:18, 21, 24, 28
26:14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments;
26:15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that
ye will not do all my commandments….
26:18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven
times more for your sins.
26:21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring
seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.
26:24 Then will I also walk contrary unto you, and will punish you yet seven times
for your sins.
26:28 Then I will walk contrary unto you also in fury; and I, even I, will chastise you
seven times for your sins.
Conditions for re-instatement of favor with God laid out plainly in verses 40-43:
a. v. 40—confess iniquities.
b. v. 40—confess iniquities of fathers.
c. v. 41—humbling of hearts.
d. v. 41, 43—acceptance of punishment—(note this).
A BIBLICAL TIME IS 360 DAYS OR ONE YEAR.
1. A day for a year.
Numbers 14:34 “After the number of the days in which ye searched the land, [even] forty
days, each day for a year, shall ye bear your iniquities, [even], forty years and ye shall know my
breach of promise.”
Ezekiel 4:6 “And when thou hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and thou
shalt bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have appointed thee each day for a
year.”
The ‘Seven Times’, 2520 years was the punishment.
Notice what transpires in Daniel 4:
THE DANIEL 4 PARALLEL
SEVEN TIMES IN DANIEL: NEBUCHADNEZZAR PUNISHED SEVEN TIMES, OR 2520
LITERAL DAYS
Nebuchadnezzar dwelling amongst the beasts for seven years (2520) and his return to
glory is an allegory of God’s people who will be gathered back to Him after the seven times of
being scattered. The pioneers and Miller saw this as representing the 2520 years that was against
Israel.
Daniel 4:30-32:
4:30 The king spake, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house
of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty? While the word
[was] in the king's mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, [saying], O king Nebuchadnezzar, to
thee it is spoken; The kingdom is departed from thee. And they shall drive thee from men, and
thy dwelling [shall be] with the beasts of the field: they shall make thee to eat grass as oxen,
and seven times shall pass over thee, until thou know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom
of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will.
Nebuchadnezzar’s pride was punished by being driven to dwell with the BEASTS until
Seven Times would pass and he would KNOW that the Most High ruleth. For not keeping in mind
the fact of WHO was in control, Nebuchadnezzar would be punished for 2520 literal days, seven
years. The principle here is he was driven to be with the Beasts of the field.
Notice the quotation from Miller’s works volume 2, pg. 261: "Seven times," in
Nebuchadnezzar's dream, was fulfilled in seven years. Nebuchadnezzar, for his pride and
arrogancy against God, was driven among the beasts of the field, and was made to eat grass as
oxen, until seven times passed over him, and until he learned that the Most High ruled in the
kingdoms of men, and gave it to whomsoever he would. This being a matter of history, and as an
allegory or sample to the people of God for their pride and arrogancy, in refusing to be reformed
by God, and claiming the power and will to do these things themselves,—they, too, like
Nebuchadnezzar, must be driven among the beasts of the field, (meaning the kingdoms of the
world,) until they learn the sovereignty of God, and that he dispenses his favors to whomsoever
he will. That, being a matter of history, and a sample only, was fulfilled in seven years; but this,
being a prophecy, will only be fulfilled in seven prophetic times, which will be 7 times 360 years,
which will make 2520 years;”
Miller saw this story as an allegory for God’s people, who for their pride and arrogancy
would be dwelling amongst ‘the beasts of the field’, the kingdoms of the world—scattered!
SEVEN TIMES 360 IS 2520.
THE DIVIDING OF ISRAEL
THERE ARE TWO PERIODS OF SEVEN TIMES OR 2520 DAYS PUNISHMENT
Israel, God’s covenant people, chosen people, was divided into two parts, two nations, a
Northern and a Southern kingdom.
BECAUSE OF THE SINS OF SOLOMON, ISRAEL WOULD BE DIVIDED INTO TWO
KINGDOMS, THE NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN KINGDOMS.
1 Kings 11:9-13 “And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned
from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice, And had commanded him
concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods: but he kept not that which the
LORD commanded. Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee,
and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will
surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant. Notwithstanding in thy days I
will not do it for David thy father's sake: [but] I will rend it out of the hand of thy son. Howbeit I
will not rend away all the kingdom; [but] will give one tribe to thy son for David my servant's
sake, and for Jerusalem's sake which I have chosen.”
GOD PROMISES JEROBOAM TEN TRIBES, WHICH BECOME THE NORTHERN
KINGDOM
1 Kings 11:29-31 “And it came to pass at that time when Jeroboam went out of
Jerusalem, that the prophet Ahijah the Shilonite found him in the way; and he had clad himself
with a new garment; and they two [were] alone in the field: And Ahijah caught the new garment
that [was] on him, and rent it [in] twelve pieces: And he said to Jeroboam, Take thee ten pieces:
for thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel, Behold, I will rend the kingdom out of the hand of
Solomon, and will give ten tribes to thee:”
So the dividing of the kingdom was ten tribes and two.
1Kings 11:32-37 “(But he shall have one tribe for my servant David's sake, and for
Jerusalem's sake, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel:) Because that they
have forsaken me, and have worshipped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, Chemosh the
god of the Moabites, and Milcom the god of the children of Ammon, and have not walked in my
ways, to do that which is right in mine eyes, and to keep my statutes and my judgments, as did
David his father. Howbeit I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand: but I will make him
prince all the days of his life for David my servant's sake, whom I chose, because he kept my
commandments and my statutes: But I will take the kingdom out of his son's hand, and will give
it unto thee, even ten tribes. And unto his son will I give one tribe, that David my servant may
have a light alway before me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen me to put my name
there. And I will take thee, and thou shalt reign according to all that thy soul desireth, and shalt
be king over Israel.”
Now it is interesting, the promise was that because of the sins of Solomon, Israel would
be divided. The southern tribes were two tribes, Judah and Benjamin. The Northern tribes were
the other ten. Here God promises Jeroboam:
1 Kings11:38, 39 “And it shall be, if thou wilt hearken unto all that I command thee,
and wilt walk in my ways, and do [that is] right in my sight, to keep my statutes and my
commandments, as David my servant did; that I will be with thee, and build thee a sure
house, as I built for David, and will give Israel unto thee. And I will for this afflict the seed of
David, but not for ever.”
Now at Mount Sinai there as a single people when they became the covenant people, 12
tribes of Israel—one kingdom. Here we see that because of the sins of Solomon, the tribes were
to be divided—split into North and South. Then by the very same covenant being given to
Jereboam shows us that the covenant also was split into two. The Northern tribes had the
covenant and promises and curses, the Southern tribes had the covenant and promises and
curses.
This also makes it clear to us that anyone who turns to God with all his heart and in His
power, keeps the commandments and statues, making the Word of God the foundation of his life,
will be considered by God as part of the covenant people, the ‘chosen ones’.
Therefore, if the Northern tribes broke the covenant, the 2520 would be inflicted on
them; if the Southern tribes broke the covenant, the 2520 would be inflicted on them, and so it’s
not just one line, but two lines—one for the North and one for the South.
Now this particular train of thought was not a pioneer understanding. Miller saw the
Seven Times Time-line for the Northern Kingdom and Hiram Edson wrote up about the Seven
Times Time-line for the Southern kingdom but neither saw that they were BOTH CORRECT and
there were in fact, two Seven-Times Timelines.
REHOBOAM, THE SON OF SOLOMON BECOMES KING OF THE SOUTHERN
KINGDOM OF JUDAH AND BENJAMIN
I Kings 12:17 But [as for] the children of Israel which dwelt in the cities of Judah,
Rehoboam reigned over them.
THE TWO LINES OF 2520
WILLIAM MILLER BELIEVED THE 2520 BEGAN WITH MANASSEH IN THE YEAR 677
BC.
“If this, then, is a correct view of the subject, and time is prefigured, when would the seven years
of the antitype begin? I answer, it must begin with the servitude and bondage of the visible
people of God; for at the end of seven years they must go free, or there would be no force in the
type, and of course no fulfilment in the antitype. Seven prophetic years would be seven times
360, equal to 2520 years. This bondage must begin with the kingdom of Babylon, the first
kingdom of Daniel’s four monarchies, which kingdoms which were to make war with the saints
and prevail against them until the ancient of days came; and these were to scatter the people of
God into all kingdoms of the earth and have dominion over them and exercise authority upon
them…
“When, then, may we not ask, did the bondage of the children of God begin? I answer, when
LITERAL BABYLON began to exercise authority over them. In the twenty-second year of
Manasseh’s reign, in the year before Christ 677, the last of the 10 tribes were carried away., and
Israel ceased to be a nation according to the prophecy...” William Miller, A TRILOGY pages 20-
22
“The time was rapidly approaching when Jerusalem was to be utterly destroyed and the
inhabitants of the land carried captive to Babylon, there to learn the lessons they had refused to
learn under circumstances more favorable”. {PK 405.2}
2 Kings 24:1-3 “In his days Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came up, and
Jehoiakim [Josiah’s son] became his servant three years: then he turned and rebelled against
him. And the LORD sent against him bands of the Chaldees, and bands of the Syrians, and
bands of the Moabites, and bands of the children of Ammon, and sent them against Judah to
destroy it, according to the word of the LORD, which he spake by his servants the prophets.
Surely at the commandment of the LORD came [this] upon Judah, to remove [them] out of his
sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did;
HIRAM EDSON BELIEVED THE 2520 BEGAN WITH THE CAPTIVITY AND
IMPRISONMENT OF KING HOSHEA OF THE NORTHERN KINGDOM IN 723 BC.
“…Verse 24. "And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cutha,
and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed them in the cities of Samaria
instead of the children of Israel: and they possessed Samaria and dwelt in the cities thereof." In
verses 22, 23, it is written, "For the children of Israel walked in all the sins of Jeroboam which
he did; they departed not from them; until the Lord removed Israel out of his sight AS he had
said by ALL his servants the prophets. SO was Israel carried away out of their own land to
Assyria unto this day." Thus in 2Kings xvii, is found the inspired record of the fulfillment of what
God has said by his servant Isaiah, Chap.x,5,6, and by Moses in Lev.xxvi, and by David in
Ps.lxxviii,59-62, and 1Kings xiv,15,16. It is in fact the inspired historical record of the fulfillment
of what God had said by ALL his servants the prophets on this point of giving Israel over into
captivity to be trodden down of the Gentiles like the mire of the streets." The validity of the above
testimony cannot be invalidated or impeached; hence there can be no room left for further doubt
on this so clear a point. This, then, is the inspired historical event; and its chronology, which is
723 B. C., is the point from which to reckon the 2520 years captivity. Instead of reckoning from
the taking of Manasseh, the King of Judah to Babylon in the year 677 BC., we reckon from the
shutting up and binding in prison Hoshea, the king of Israel, which was 723 BC… From
whatever point in the year 723 BC we must reckon, the same corresponding point in the year
1798, must be reached to fill up 2520 full years; the same as in the case of the 2300 days,
dating from the Fall of 457 BC and ending in the Fall of 1844 AD. The year 723 BC is the true
beginning, and 1798 is the true terminus of the 2520 years captivity of the people of God. And
we have a historical record of a corresponding event transpiring in the year 1798, which perfectly
answer the fulfillment of the predictions of the prophets which have foretold the events which
mark the end of the 2520 years indignation and captivity.” Hiram Edson wrote but never
completed an article titled: THE TIMES OF THE GENTILES. RH January 10, 1856. We are
completing this prophecy for Bro. Edson.
Hoshea, the 19th and last king of Israel (2 Kings 15:30; 17:1-6; 18:1,9-10). Hoshea became king
after he assassinated the former king, Pekah. Hoshea did evil in God's sight, but not to the extent
of former kings. While he did not wipe out idolatrous worship, he at least did not give official
approval to the practice. When Hoshea took the throne, he served as a puppet king under
Assyria. But he eventually quit sending tribute money to Assyria and began negotiating an
alliance with Egypt. When the Assyrian king, Shalmaneser V, learned of Hoshea's rebellion and
conspiracy, he advanced toward Israel. Hoshea tried to buy off the king with tribute, but the
capital city of Samaria was besieged and Hoshea was captured and imprisoned. After two years,
Assyria finally captured Samaria, and its inhabitants were carried away to new locations in the
Assyrian Empire (2 Kings 17:18-23}. Nelson's Illustrated Bible Dictionary, Copyright © 1986,

BOTH MILLER AND EDSON WERE CORRECT! This is what they did not understand,
they were BOTH RIGHT and we can prove it through scripture!
JEREMIAH 50:17-20 Israel [is] a scattered sheep; the lions have driven [him] away: first
[northern king Hoshea] the king of Assyria hath devoured him; and last [Manasseh,
southern king of Judah] this Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath broken his bones.
Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will punish the king of
Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria. And I will bring Israel again to his
habitation, and he shall feed on Carmel and Bashan, and his soul shall be satisfied upon mount
Ephraim and Gilead. In those days, and in that time, saith the LORD, the iniquity of Israel
shall be sought for, and [there shall be] none; and the sins of Judah, and they shall not be
found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.
The Bible says that 1st-the king of Assyria; and Last-the king of Babylon; that is first
Assyria and second Babylon, two breaking of the covenants and two 2520s! And this is not
all—it ties it together even tighter.
THE FIRST SCATTERING - THE NORTHERN KINGDOM DISPERSED
2 Kings 17:1-6 “In the twelfth year of Ahaz king of Judah began Hoshea the son of Elah
to reign in Samaria over Israel nine years. (SAMARIA: the capital city of the northern kingdom
of Israel) And he did [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD, but not as the kings of Israel
that were before him. Against him came up Shalmaneser king of Assyria; and Hoshea became
his servant, and gave him presents. And the king of Assyria found conspiracy in Hoshea: for he
had sent messengers to So king of Egypt, and brought no present to the king of Assyria,
as [he had done] year by year: therefore the king of Assyria shut him up, and bound him in
prison. Then the king of Assyria came up throughout all the land, and went up to Samaria, and
besieged it three years. In the ninth year of Hoshea the king of Assyria took Samaria, and carried
Israel away into Assyria, and placed them in Halah and in Habor [by] the river of Gozan,
and in the cities of the Medes.”
The first six verses here tell about the siege of Samaria, but the rest of the chapter tells us
why this happened.
17:7,8 “For [so] it was, that the children of Israel had sinned against the LORD their God,
which had brought them up out of the land of Egypt, from under the hand of Pharaoh king of
Egypt, and had feared other gods. And walked in the statutes of the heathen, whom the LORD
cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, which they had made.”
17:9 And the children of Israel did secretly [those] things that [were] not right against the
LORD their God, and they built them high places in all their cities, from the tower of the
watchmen to the fenced city…
17:13 Yet the LORD testified against Israel, and against Judah, by all the prophets,
[and by] all the seers, saying, Turn ye from your evil ways, and keep my commandments [and]
my statutes, according to all the law which I commanded your fathers, and which I sent to you
by my servants the prophets.
17:14-16 Notwithstanding they would not hear, but hardened their necks, like to the
neck of their fathers, that did not believe in the LORD their God. And they rejected his statutes,
and his covenant that he made with their fathers, and his testimonies which he testified against
them; and they followed vanity, and became vain, and went after the heathen that were round
about them, concerning whom the LORD had charged them, that they should not do like them.
And they left all the commandments of the LORD their God, and made them molten images,
even two calves, and made a grove, and worshipped all the host of heaven, and served Baal.”
They had left ALL THE COMMANDMENTS and followed the ways of the heathen—so
what happened?
17:18, 19 “Therefore the LORD was very angry with Israel, and removed them out of his
sight: there was none left but the tribe of Judah only. Also Judah kept not the commandments
of the LORD their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made.”
So the Bible first shows the Northern tribes—10 tribes gone—taken by Assyria, then it
leads us to the understanding that Judah did the same thing.
First 2520 years starts at 723 BC and extends to 1798 AD. Northern Kingdom.
Second 2520 years starts at 677 BC and extends to 1844 AD. Southern Kingdom.
JUDAH’S 2520 TIME STARTS WHEN MANASSETH IS TAKEN PRISONER 46 YEARS
LATER.
THE SECOND SCATTERING: THE SOUTHERN KINGDOM DISPERSED
SOUTHERN KING DISPERSED
2 Chronicles 33: 9-11 and 2 Kings 21:1-16
33:9-11 “So Manasseh made Judah and the inhabitants of Jerusalem to err, [and] to do
worse than the heathen, whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel. And the
LORD spake to Manasseh, and to his people: but they would not hearken. Wherefore the LORD
brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, which took Manasseh among
the thorns, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.”
Now because of Mannasseh’s wicked reign, the Southern Tribe was now carried to
Babylon.
2 Kings 21:1-16 tells the story of Manasseh’s wickedness:
“Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign, and reigned fifty and five years in
Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Hephzibah. And he did that which was evil in the sight of
the LORD, after the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out before the children of
Israel. For he built up again the high places which Hezekiah his father had destroyed; and he
reared up altars for Baal, and made a grove, as did Ahab king of Israel; and worshipped all the
host of heaven, and served them. And he built altars in the house of the LORD, of which the
LORD said, In Jerusalem will I put my name. And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the
two courts of the house of the LORD. And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed
times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much
wickedness in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
“And he set a graven image of the grove that he had made in the house, of which the
LORD said to David, and to Solomon his son, In this house, and in Jerusalem, which I have
chosen out of all tribes of Israel, will I put my name for ever: Neither will I make the feet of Israel
move any more out of the land which I gave their fathers; only if they will observe to do
according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that my
servant Moses commanded them. But they hearkened not: and Manasseh seduced them to do
more evil than did the nations whom the LORD destroyed before the children of Israel.”
Notice that Manasseh got caught up in the occult, witchcraft, enchantments, necromancy
(talking with the ‘dead’), and wizardry! He caused Israel to take part in satanic rituals. He did
worse than the heathen! And it is the same today—if Advent Believers turn from the light they
have and go out into the world—they do WORSE than the people of the world. Remember, when
an angel falls—he becomes a demon!
21:10-13 “And the LORD spake by his servants the prophets, saying, Because Manasseh
king of Judah hath done these abominations, and hath done wickedly above all that the Amorites
did, which were before him, and hath made Judah also to sin with his idols: Therefore thus saith
the LORD God of Israel, Behold, I [am] bringing [such] evil upon Jerusalem and Judah, that
whosoever heareth of it, both his ears shall tingle. And I will stretch over Jerusalem the line of
Samaria, and the plummet of the house of Ahab: and I will wipe Jerusalem as a man wipeth a
dish, wiping it, and turning it upside down.
NOTICE HOW THE BIBLE TIES THE TWO “SEVEN TIMES” CURSES TOGETHER.
GOD SAYS HE IS GOING TO STRETCH THE LINE OF THE NORTHERN KINGDOM
OVER THE LINE OF THE SOUTHERN KINGDOM.
Now God declares that because of this wickedness, He is going to do something so
terrible to the Southern Kingdom that it would make the ears tingle to hear about it - He was
going to lay the LINE OF SAMARIA over the line of the Southern Kingdom. The Bible says
that the 2520 of the Northern Tribe is going to be laid over the Southern Tribe. The Bible ties the
two together.
21:14-16 “And I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance, and deliver them into the
hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies; Because
they have done that which was evil in my sight, and have provoked me to anger, since the
day their fathers came forth out of Egypt, even unto this day. Moreover Manasseh shed innocent
blood very much, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; beside his sin wherewith
he made Judah to sin, in doing that which was evil in the sight of the LORD.”
God said he would stretch the one line over the other and we can see it as we draw it out.
Not only does Jeremiah say there was two, there was the Assyrian captivity and the Babylonian
captivity, the first and the second, but 2 Kings 21 says there was going to be a line stretched over
them both and it ties it all together.
Notice also these clues from the Spirit of Prophecy concerning our last message:
“The judgments of God are in the earth, and, under the influence of the Holy Spirit, we
must give the message of warning that He has entrusted to us. We must give this message
quickly, line upon line, precept upon precept. Men will soon be forced to great decisions, and it
is our duty to see that they are given an opportunity to understand the truth, that they may take
their stand intelligently on the right side. The Lord calls upon His people to labor—labor
earnestly and wisely—while probation lingers.” {9T 126.3}
“Prophecy has been fulfilling, line upon line. The more firmly we stand under the banner
of the third angel's message, the more clearly shall we understand the prophecy of Daniel; for the
Revelation is the supplement of Daniel. The more fully we accept the light presented by the
Holy Spirit through the consecrated servants of God, the deeper and surer, even as the eternal
throne, will appear the truths of ancient prophecy; we shall be assured that men of God spake as
they were moved upon by the Holy Ghost. Men must themselves be under the influence of
the Holy Spirit in order to understand the Spirit's utterances through the prophets.
These messages were given, not for those that uttered the prophecies, but for us who are living
amid the scenes of their fulfillment.” {2SM 114.2}
2 KINGS 21:13
And I will stretch over Jerusalem the line of Samaria, and the plummet of the
house of Ahab: and I will wipe Jerusalem as [a man] wipeth a dish, wiping [it], and turning
[it] upside down.
2 Kings 14-16 “And I will forsake the remnant of mine inheritance, and deliver them into
the hand of their enemies; and they shall become a prey and a spoil to all their enemies; Because
they have done [that which was] evil in my sight, and have provoked me to anger, since the day
their fathers came forth out of Egypt, even unto this day. Moreover Manasseh shed innocent
blood very much, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another; beside his sin wherewith
he made Judah to sin, in doing [that which was] evil in the sight of the LORD.”
Now let’s look at what Isaiah 7 tells us—and by the way, this is something that we just
haven’t seen in the past. This doesn’t mean that it wasn’t there—for hundreds, even thousands of
years it was there in the Bible—it was read time and time again—but God had His hand over it
and over the 1843 chart. That means until His hand was removed it could not be understood.
Right now we are living in the time when God is removing His hand off the chart. We are living in
the time when God is empowering the message again and He is using the same FOUNDATIONAL
message that was used in the 1840s. It hasn’t changed—it’s the same message that brought them
out of the churches in 1842-44 and it is right there on the 1843 chart.
Isaiah 7:1-9 “And it came to pass in the days of Ahaz the son of Jotham, the son of
Uzziah, king of Judah, [that] Rezin the king of Syria, and Pekah the son of Remaliah, king of
Israel, went up toward Jerusalem to war against it, but could not prevail against it. And it was
told the house of David, saying, Syria is confederate with Ephraim. And his heart was moved,
and the heart of his people, as the trees of the wood are moved with the wind. Then said the
LORD unto Isaiah, Go forth now to meet Ahaz, thou, and Shearjashub thy son, at the end of the
conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller's field; And say unto him, Take heed, and
be quiet; fear not, neither be fainthearted for the two tails of these smoking firebrands, for the
fierce anger of Rezin with Syria, and of the son of Remaliah.
“Because Syria, Ephraim, and the son of Remaliah, have taken evil counsel against thee,
saying, Let us go up against Judah, and vex it, and let us make a breach therein for us, and set a
king in the midst of it, [even] the son of Tabeal: Thus saith the Lord GOD, It shall not stand,
neither shall it come to pass. For the head of Syria [is] Damascus, and the head of Damascus
[is] Rezin; and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken, that it be not a
people. And the head of Ephraim [is] Samaria, and the head of Samaria [is] Remaliah's son. If
ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.”
IF YOU DON’T BELIEVE THAT WITHIN 65 YEARS EPHRAIM WILL BE BROKEN, YOU
WILL NOT BE ESTABLISHED.
Now when Isaiah uttered this prophecy, it was in the year 742 BC. Nineteen years later
in 723 BC Samaria was broken. According to the prophecy, he said ‘within 65 years’ Ephraim
would be broken and 19 years was within the 65 years.
Now both William Miller and Hiram Edson recognized what we are seeing here, but they
could never tie the two together, again God was waiting for a specific point in time, and we are
living in that time period.
William Miller:
“Isaiah prophesied that within sixty-five years Ephraim should be broken and be not a
people. Is.vii..8. This was in the days of Pekah and Rezin, 742 years before Christ.
Sixty-five years afterwards, BC 677, Esarhaddon, king of Assyria and Babylon, came with
a large army into the land of Israel and Judah, carried away the last remnant of Israel, and they
have not been a nation since. Then he also made war against Jerusalem, took Manassh and
carried him to Babylon; which begins the “seven times”
Judah was to be in bondage to the kings of the earth, and also the “seven years” Israel
should be a captive, robbed and spoiled people; both beginning and ending at one time, 2520
years, beginning BC 677, ending AD 1843. To 1843 add 677, and the sum equals 2520.” Miller’s
Works, vol. 1, 80
Hiram Edson:
“Instead of reckoning from the taking of Manasseh king of Judah to Babylon, 677 BC, we
reckon from the shutting up and binding in prison Hoshea king of Israel, which was 723 BC.
This was 19 years after Isaiah’s prophecy, record in Chap. vii. 8, which was 742 BC; hence
Ephraim was broken from being a people literally within three-score and five years.” Hiram
Edson, The Times of the Gentiles, RH January 10, 1856
So they both saw it and couldn’t tie in the two. The Bible texts show that there were two
‘scatterings’—two 2520s. Then we saw that God said He was going to lay the lines over. Now we
can tie them in by what Isaiah says that within that time, Samaria would be broken. The Bible
just ties it all together for us.
A HAND WAS HELD OVER THIS SO THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND IN THEIR DAY.

TWO THEMES ARE REPRESENTED ON THIS CHART
1. The first theme is the SCATTERING or the TRAMPLING DOWN.
2. The second theme is the GATHERING (which really began in 1798), but on
October 23, 1844, a day after the disappointment, God had another people gathered, few as
they were.
BOTH THESE THEMES ARE MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE
2520
Ellen White referring to the 1843 chart, wrote this statement in EARLY WRITINGS page
74.
“September 23, the Lord showed me that He had stretched out His hand the second time
to recover the remnant of His people, and that efforts must be redoubled in this gathering time.
In the scattering, Israel was smitten and torn, but now in the gathering time God will heal
and bind up His people. In the scattering, efforts made to spread the truth had but little effect,
accomplished but little or nothing; but in the gathering, when God has set His hand to gather
His people, efforts to spread the truth will have their designed effect. All should be united and
zealous in the work. I saw that it was wrong for any to refer to the scattering for examples to
govern us now in the gathering; for if God should do no more for us now than He did then, Israel
would never be gathered. I have seen that the 1843 chart was directed by the hand of the
Lord, and that it should not be altered; that the figures were as He wanted them; that His hand
was over and hid a mistake in some of the figures, so that none could see it, until His hand was
removed.”
We are living in the Gathering Time—when the message WILL have its effect!
LEVITICUS 26:33 “And I will scatter you among the heathen, and will draw out a sword
after you: and your land shall be desolate, and your cities waste.”
But the promise was—here in verse 40-45:
“If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass
which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me; And [that] I
also have walked contrary unto them, and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if
then their uncircumcised hearts be humbled, and they then accept of the punishment of their
iniquity:”
“Then will I remember my covenant with Jacob, and also my covenant with Isaac, and
also my covenant with Abraham will I remember; and I will remember the land. The land also
shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her sabbaths, while she lieth desolate without them: and
they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my
judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
And yet for all that, when they be in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away,
neither will I abhor them, to destroy them utterly, and to break my covenant with them: for
[am] the LORD their God. But I will for their sakes remember the covenant of their ancestors,
whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the heathen, that I might be their
God: I [am] the LORD.”
The Bible promises, ‘Yes, they broke My covenant and I’ll scatter them! But if they repent,
if they come back to My covenant and keep My commandments, I’ll gather them back to Me.’
The Bible teaches two themes in the 2520—the ‘Scattering and the Gathering’.
Deut 28:45-58
45 “Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake
thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy
God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee: And they shall
be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever. Because thou servedst
not the LORD thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all
things; Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the LORD shall send against thee, in
hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of
iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.
“The LORD shall bring a nation against thee from far, from the end of the earth, as swift
as the eagle flieth; a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; A nation of fierce
countenance, which shall not regard the person of the old, nor shew favour to the young: “And
he shall eat the fruit of thy cattle, and the fruit of thy land, until thou be destroyed: which also
shall not leave thee either corn, wine, or oil, or the increase of thy kine, or flocks of thy sheep,
until he have destroyed thee. And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates, until thy high and fenced
walls come down, wherein thou trustedst, throughout all thy land: and he shall besiege thee in all
thy gates throughout all thy land, which the LORD thy God hath given thee. And thou shalt eat
the fruit of thine own body, the flesh of thy sons and of thy daughters, which the LORD thy God
hath given thee, in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine enemies shall distress thee:
54 “So that the man that is tender among you, and very delicate, his eye shall be evil
toward his brother, and toward the wife of his bosom, and toward the remnant of his children
which he shall leave: So that he will not give to any of them of the flesh of his children whom he
shall eat: because he hath nothing left him in the siege, and in the straitness, wherewith thine
enemies shall distress thee in all thy gates.
56 “The tender and delicate woman among you, which would not adventure to set the sole
of her foot upon the ground for delicateness and tenderness, her eye shall be evil toward the
husband of her bosom, and toward her son, and toward her daughter, And toward her young one
that cometh out from between her feet, and toward her children which she shall bear: for she
shall eat them for want of all things secretly in the siege and straitness, wherewith thine enemy
shall distress thee in thy gates.
58 “If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book,
that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE LORD THY GOD;”
Now in Great Controversy chapter 1, the Fall of Jerusalem in AD 70 is referred to as the
fulfillment of this prophecy of Moses in Deuteronomy 28. Moses understood that when they
would break the covenant, one of these scourges would be Rome. Rome would come upon God’s
people and trample the sanctuary. We can show from the Bible that this refers to Rome. Notice
the similarities between what Moses said and what Daniel said.
Daniel 8:23-25 “And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come
to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.
And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power: and he shall destroy wonderfully, and
shall prosper, and practise, and shall destroy the mighty and the holy people. And through his
policy also he shall cause craft to prosper in his hand; and he shall magnify himself in his heart,
and by peace shall destroy many: he shall also stand up against the Prince of princes; but he
shall be broken without hand.”
This is Rome, the Roman language was Latin and the majority of the world at that time
did not know that language. It was a nation whose tongue thou shalt not understand; A nation
of fierce countenance;(Moses) a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark
sentences,(Daniel) They came from ‘afar’ because according to where Jerusalem was, they were
further away than the nations. They would come and besiege and destroy the city.
When Moses was speaking of this particular power he was dealing with the scattering and
trampling down of God’s people. Daniel 5 gave us a greater understanding of these things. How
the message on the wall stood for 2520 and meant the scattering.
Da 5:25,26 “And this is the writing that was written, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSIN.
This is the interpretation of the thing: MENE; God hath numbered thy kingdom, and finished it.”
We can connect chapter 5 with what we are shown in chapter 9
Da 9:24 “Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish
the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to
bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the
most Holy.”
They were given time, their kingdom was numbered. Then in verse 27 of Daniel 5:
Da 5:27 TEKEL; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.
And again this is what happened to Israel. In Daniel 9 verses 25-26
“Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to
restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore
and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. And
after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of
the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof
shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.”
This is referring to what would happen when their kingdom was numbered, at the end
they were weighed in the balances and found wanting. They did not do what they were supposed
to do.
Now in Daniel 5:28 “PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and
Persians.”
Daniel 9:27 “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst
of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of
abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined
shall be poured upon the desolate.”
At the end of this time Israel was destroyed, scattered, divided, done, divorced from God.
Daniel was showing what would transpire during the scattering, the trampling down.
***Hiram Edson wrote of this time as the Great Indignation, the scattering of God’s
people.
We are going to look at more evidence in the Bible that ties these things together. Usually
we prove the importance of the 1844 date by using the 2300 day prophecy. Now by using the
2520 we can show TWO WITNESSES to the importance of this date in Prophecy in even a more
spectacular way.
BOTH KINGDOMS WERE SCATTERED FOR 2520 YEARS, BUT ONE (NORTHERN)
REPRESENTS THE TRAMPLING DOWN
WHILE THE OTHER (SOUTHERN), ALSO TRAMPLED DOWN, HAS THE GATHERING AT THE
END.
Luke 21:20-24
20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the
desolation thereof is nigh. 21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let
them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter
thereinto. 22 For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be
fulfilled. 23 But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for
there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. 24 And they shall fall by the
edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be
trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.
THE BIBLE SAYS THAT THE GENTILES WOULD TROD DOWN GOD’S PEOPLE
UNTIL THE TIME OF THE GENTILES BE FULFILLED.
WHAT IS THE TIME OF THE GENTILES?
ANSWER: REVELATION 11:1, 2
“And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and
measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. But the court which is 126
without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy
city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.”
Forty and two months are 1260 prophetic days, or literal years. So the trampling down
by the gentiles of the court of the sanctuary was for 1260 years.
What is the “forty and two months” referring to? The trampling down for 1260 years
of God’s people by the papacy.
Go back to Luke 21,
Jesus in verse 24 says Jerusalem “would be trodden down of the Gentiles” for 1260
years. Now whose time prophecy is this referring to? Daniel’s time prophecy and the 1260 refers
to The papacy.
Jerusalem in verse 24 is spiritual Jerusalem, not literal.
BUT NOTICE WHAT JESUS IS DOING HERE IN LUKE:
Luke 21:20-21
And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation
thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; …
Jesus taught this same truth in Matthew 24: We are going to look at a principle of how
Jesus taught prophecy: What Jesus taught, Daniel taught because it was actually Jesus that gave
the message to Daniel and He would not contradict Himself.
Matt 24:15-16
15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the
prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which
be in Judaea flee into the mountains:
Luke says “compassed with armies” is a sign to flee into the mountains. (Pagan Rome’s
armies, literal)
Matthew says: “abomination of desolation” is a sign to flee into the mountains. (Papal
Rome, literal and spiritual)
There is a principle we are applying here:
We are going to see that Jesus Christ himself taught that there were TWO desolating
powers, paganism and papalism, and we are applying it to the scattering time period of the
northern kingdom.
Notice in GREAT CONTROVERSY page 25:
“When the idolatrous standards of the Romans should be set up in the holy ground,
which extended some furlongs outside the city walls, then the followers of Christ were to find
safety in flight. When the warning sign should be seen, those who would escape must make no
delay. Throughout the land of Judea, as well as in Jerusalem itself, the signal for flight must be
immediately obeyed. He who chanced to be upon the housetop must not go down into his house,
even to save his most valued treasures. Those who were working in the fields or vineyards must
not take time to return for the outer garment laid aside while they should be toiling in the heat of
the day. They must not hesitate a moment, lest they be involved in the general destruction.” {GC
25.4}
It was the Roman army that was referred to as coming around Jerusalem at this
particular point. And when Christ was speaking of the abomination of desolation spoken of by
Daniel the prophet he is teaching us a principle.
In Daniel 11:31,
“And arms would stand on his part” and they would pollute the sanctuary of strength,
and that they “the daily” would place the abomination that maketh desolate” ( the papacy). And
who is the daily? Paganism. So Paganism would place the Papacy but the papacy is referred to
as the “abomination of desolation.”
In Daniel 12:11, the daily would set up the abomination of desolation, the papacy.
Ellen White says Matthew 24 is pagan Rome, whereas Daniel says it is papal Rome. Is
there more to be seen?
Was Christ being contradictive, or is Matthew 24 a future event? Christ was speaking
shortly before his crucifixion in 31AD by pagan Rome. The abomination of desolation isn’t set up
until 538 AD!
We will see that there are TWO desolating Powers.
We need to understand that we are in the time period when the excellent majesty is to be
placed on God’s people. One way or another, we will have a part to play, either we will receive the
Seal of God or the Mark of the Beast; either we are going to be stamped with Christ’s image, or
we are going to receive the image of the Beast—either way there is a part to play. If we receive the
excellent majesty we will go forth conquering and to conquer, proclaiming the glories of God to
the ends of the world, OR we will stay spiritually scattered, never gathered spiritually.
We need to make a decision now, today is the day of salvation. Today if you hear His
voice, harden not your hearts. Probation is about to close, we need to make the choice now.
Dream of Ellen White when she was about twelve years old:
“I dreamed that there was a temple to which many people were flocking, and all who
would be saved when time should close must be within that temple. And all who were outside the
temple would be lost…”
