ITEM 3 - TESTING WITH JKKP (DOSH) & LOAD TEST

3.1 To conduct testing with JKKP (DOSH) officer for obtaining certificate of fitness (CF) provided by MULTICRANE.
3.2 Test weight to be provided by MULTICRANE.
3.3 125 % of Crane’s Safe Working Load of test weight c/w all necessary lifting slings, shackles and accessories to be
provided by MULTICRANE.
3.4 Remarks:
Owner will assist in the documentation such as providing workplace registration details, registration details with
MYKKP (such as Login ID and password) for registration purposes with the assistance by Multicrane, or else the
owner will have to register it online individually within a time frame of 12 months from the date of commissioning.
Extra charges will be charge as to submission perform after the 12 months of date of commissioning.

5.1 To provide material labour, tools and transport to design & install runway system & crane rail for the overhead
crane consisting of 2 x 17.5 meters.
5.2 The crane runway system and crane rail are designed ACCORDING to BS Standard to take the proposed crane
loading. Structure Engineer’s certification or Professional Engineer (P.E.) endorsement of the design is included.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

Time of Delivery: 8 to 12 weeks after receipt of official order, return of signed technical drawings and payment of
down payment (non – refundable).

Terms of Payment: 35% upon acceptance of order as non – refundable deposit

60% upon completion installation and commissioning as per above.

5% upon obtaining approved from JKKP (DOSH). Should the testing by JKKP (DOSH) being delayed due
to non-compliance to JKKP (DOSH) requirement on buyer side, payment becomes due within 30
days from the time where official notice of non-compliance issued by seller.

(Note: In the event of non-payment of our account on due date, we will reserve the right to charge
interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on all outstanding amount until paid in full.)

Validity of Offer: 14 Days from date of quotation.

Warranty: The equipment is warranted for (12) months from date of commissioning crane. The equipment will
be guaranteed on design and manufacturing defects with exception of normal wear and tear parts
such as wire rope contactors, MCB, push button switches, limit switch and et cetera. The foregoing
warranty shall not apply if the equipment has been repaired or altered by anyone other than an
authorized representative or if the equipment has been subject to abuse, misuse, negligence or
accident. Also, the Buyer will only be entitled to warranty provided until fulfill his contractual
obligations especially the term of payment.

Acceptance of Goods: The Purchaser shall inspect the goods immediately upon delivery and/or installation and shall within
7 days of delivery and/or install given notice in writing of any matter or thing by any reason whereof
it may be alleged that the goods are not in accordance within the contract. In case of failed give
such notice, the goods delivered and/or installed shall be deemed to be in all respects in accordance
with the contract.

Supply & Installation: Power Supply for installation and commissioning is to be available at the date required and provided
free by customer.

Customer to Provide: Application of JKKP approval for installs and using of the above products but subject to the
registration of the site / factory with JKKP & duly filled JKKP 105 form.
Owner will assist in the documentation such as providing workplace registration details, registration
details with MYKKP (such as Login ID and password) for registration purposes with the assistance by
Multicrane, or else the owner will have to register it online individually.

Reservation of Title: Goods supplied by Seller should remain Seller's property until Buyer completely paid the respective
purchase price. If buyer has processed the goods before completely paid the purchase price, Seller's
reservation of title should be extend the entire new object. In other case of processing, combining or
mixing Seller's goods with goods owned by buyer or third party seller shall acquire a part title of the
newly created objects at a percentage corresponding to the ration value of Seller’s goods to that of
the goods of buyer or third parties. Buyer shall store the goods and such newly created objects in a
manner to approve that buyer hold these goods and objects as a bailer for Seller. In the normal course
of business, Buyer may nevertheless sell these goods and objects to a third party but shall account
to seller for the portion of proceeds lawfully belonging to Seller as an agent of seller.
