Steps for installing SAP Gui
**Be sure you read all step (Especially step number 7 where you have to patch the GUI).

Step 1

Download and unzip SAP GUI for Windows (​Download​ Link​), For Mac ​(​Download Link​)

Step 2

In BD_NW_7.0_Presentation_7.40_COMP\PRES1\GUI\WINDOWS\WIN32\,
choose​SetupALL.exe​.

Step 3

Click on ​Next​ :

Select the options and click on ​Next​ :

Configuration

Step 7

When finish, click on SAPlogon.

Choose ​New entry​.

Enter the information that you will receive by email (​Please wait for next class if you don't
have​ ​received that information​).

You will have to do step 8 and 10 for each system.

Step 11

In SAP Logon, you should see connections that you just created. Select the system you want
and click on Log On.

SAP GUI installation on MAC
Step 1

Download the ​JAVA SAPGUI.

Step 2

Double-click on PlatinGUI740MacOSX.JAR and follow steps.

Step 3

Create a new connection (Paper sheet icon)

Complete the parameters to create the connection in Advanced tab and save :

Description : SAP ECC

Expert mode : checked

Expert settings : conn=/H/<ServerIP or Domain Name>/S/3200 (Replace <ServerIP or


Domain Name> by the good Server Name ex: sapquickaccess.in)

eg

conn=/H/sapquickaccess.in/S/3231

How to access sap through RDP
Step 1:

start > run > type mstsc > Ok

Step 2:

enter ip add > xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx > connect

Enter User Details:

For inside of all applications user credentials available on ur desktop in one text document.
