SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, Sps. JUAN DELA CRUZ and JUANA DELA CRUZ, formerly Filipinos, and now
American Citizens, both of legal age and residing at _______________________________, do
hereby name, constitute and appoint, PEDRO DE LOS SANTOS, Filipino, of legal age, married
and a resident of _________________, to be our true and lawful attorney, for us and in our
names, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and deed, to wit:

1.- To enforce our Contract with AAA Corporation; to file any and all cases, civil
and/or criminal and/or administrative, against the said Corporation or any and all its duly
authorized representatives, and represent us in said case/cases against any party in any Court
and/or governmental agencies, including but not limited to the Trial, Pre-trial Conference,
Preliminary Conference and/or Mediation of said case/cases;

2.- To enter into any stipulation, admission of facts and of documents as may be
made during the hearing of the case/cases and to enter into a compromise agreement in said
case/cases; and

3.- To make, sign and execute pleadings and sworn statements, including but not
limited to Verification/Certification of Non-Forum Shopping, and to deliver any paper,
documents or instrument which are or maybe necessary in connection with the authorities
mentioned above.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with power of
substitution and revocation, do hereby, ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
