Well I want to work in your company which is alorica, because


alorica wants to deliver a great customer experiences, and also
the professionalism and how the alorica value their employees,
by giving them respect and good benefits that can surely help
them.

WAS browsing on Facebook I encounter some post about your
company hiring some call center agents and it caught my
interest

THEIR IS REALLY A PRESSURE THAT’S COMES WITH IT BUT
BEING UNDER PRESSURE DOESN'T DISCOURAGE ME BUT IT
MOTIVATES ME MORE TO DO MY BEST.

will handle it with all my capabilities. I believe
my skills, knowledge and work attitude
measure up to your company’s standards.

What do you know about call center?


The main intention of a call center is to solve
customer issues and make them happy by
giving them a quality service. The customer
service agent attends the calls and satisfies the
costumers by all ways.
What is your strength?
My greatest strength is my ability to focus on
my work. I’m not easily distracted, and this
means that my performance will be satisfying
and also I always understand the value of time
and I am always able to innovate.
What is your Weakness?
I cannot say No when someone asks me for a
help. This may cause them to take advantage of
my kindness.
What are your achievements in life?
My greatest achievements so far in my career
would probably be overcoming my fear of
failure. It gives me a complete sense of living
and it makes me more confident by making my
parents proud for being an achiever.
