內容包含以下各項資料:
SLP consists of
1) 校內學科成績及獎項 Academic performance
& awards
2) 其他學習經歷 OLE
3) 校外表現/獎項 Performance / awards gained
學生提供
outside school 資料
4) 學生自述 Student’s self-account
概覽將於中六畢業禮前後派發
SLP hard copy will be distributed around the
Graduation Day

Other Learning Experiences
由校方主辦/與其他機構合辦的活動 Activities
held/co-organized by the school
學校為學生輸入紀錄於內聯網中 Records are
input by the school onto e-class
學生可隨時查閱有關紀錄 Students may view the
records on e-class
每年學生可選取三至六項得著較多、印象較深刻
的活動,紀錄於SLP中 Every year, students may
choose 3 to 6 records to be printed in SLP
S5 同學於五月尾須遞交自我評估表,並選取
OLE紀錄
Around the end of May, S5 students has to hand
in Self Assessment Form and select their OLE
items

由學生自行紀錄 (手冊/ 內聯網/ 電腦/ 文件夾)
Students keep their records in their own ways
學生每年可選取一至三項得著較多、印象較深刻
的活動,遞交電腦檔給學校,由學校紀錄於SLP中
Every year, students may choose 1 to 3 records to be
printed in SLP. They submit the Excel file to the
school.
S5 遞交日期: 五月尾

Student’s self-account
例如:可略述一項印象深刻的學習經歷,並交代如何
影響同學的個人成長及人生目標的設定。亦可述說同
學訂定人生目標的故事,及其如何影響同學對職業的
期望及全人發展。
概述印象深刻的學習經歷,或為未來的求職擇業訂立
目標 e.g. highlight any impressive learning experiences or
career goal setting
學生可提供額外資料,重點描述其在高中或之前的學
習生活及成長經驗,以便其他人士(例如各大專院校及
未來僱主等)參考
Students may provide additional information to highlight
any aspects of her learning life and personal development
during or before senior secondary education for readers’
(e.g. tertiary education institutions, future employers)
references.

Student’s self-account
學生每年需填寫自我評估表,反思所學,總結
經驗,並計劃未來目標 Every year, students fill
in the Self Assessment Form to reflect on their
performance and set future goals.
Among the listed activities, which activity(ies)
impressed me most? Why?
How did the learning experiences in the mentioned
activity(ies) help my development?
How did I contribute to the school and to the
community?
How shall I apply what I have learnt in the future?

見 Assistance provided by: homeroom teachers,
English teachers and other teachers
利用電腦軟件“記事本”鍵入,儲存為txt檔
並用UTF-8編碼 Type using Notepad. Save as txt
file in UTF-8 coding
約六百字 Optimum:~600 words
十月遞交
Submission: October
