Cloud Farm
Since, pandemic hit us; many low income/ daily wage households suffered financially. With unused time and need of solution I started to look solution. My neighborhood is mostly occupied migrants from village areas, so I thought why not agriculture in which they are already comfortable with. Few started initially and many followed one after another. Starting with individual chicken cages with capacity of 5- 10 it quickly gained interest. Currently this community is of 30+ household with average capacity of 25 chickens few have even in hundred now. Later this became main source for many. We started to add turkey, vegetable (for own consumption) later started to sale access production.
Result = stable financial and income source.
Now we have added few partners too. Besides chickens (boiler, local, giriraj) turkey and some veggies, now we also supply tea, green tea, yarsagumba, coffee, different kinds of masala etc. We have another line in testing like chips manufacturing.
Now everybody is looking after scaling up but it needs investment. For 30 chickens, it takes approx 20k investment for simple cage, chicken & feedings and more for turkey chicks. If we are to scale up to 200 chickens/turkey per family, investment skyrockets; which is not possible for each family. We started to look after solution of this problem. Our main objective is to involve individual family into farming no matter scale of it for self sufficient produce for their own family and sale if possible rather than establishing large farm by one company.
Working in many projects through my experience, I thought one that gives the solution is Shared Economy. I have worked with many of such platform so thought this might be the solution.
SOLUTION- CLOUD FARM (shared farm for all)
Farming requires large land, knowledge, market management etc which most don’t have. We started with low income family but we want to involve houseowners, stable families and anyone interested. By establishing cloud farm anyone will be able to register themselves and start agriculture. Just bring your desired animal and start farming.

Cloud Farm is a well designed farming location with all agricultural needs in a shared model. At first we want to have chicken, turkey, cow, goats and pig stations with allocated land for veggies, office house, and add more in coming days. Soon enough, we want to introduce agro restaurant, utilizing produce of the farm with exotic animal (themed restaurant).
Long run plan: To be a destination in itself. Establish more of such location in different part of the country and also start franchise.
Investment seeking: Nrs 2 crore
Minimum investment requirement per person is Nrs 5 lakhs.
