    Description :
    The Southern Cross Transport Terminal (SCTT)  is a private
    transport and truck terminal in Sydney, operated to provide warehouse
    and truck parking facilities

    The 3.4 hectare Terminal is strategically placed close to the M5


    and M7 Motorways, the Hume Highway and Henry Lawson Drive.
    Double accessible commercial/Industrial area is accessible 24 hours, 7
    days. It is also in close proximity to the proposed new International
    Freight Hub at Moorebank.
    WAREHOUSE :
    The Terminal comprises 6 warehouse sheds, each divided into
    four units of approximately 240 square meters each. Current tenants
    utilize between 1 and 4 units, according to individual requirements.
    Substantial parking areas exist for all truck combination sizes.

    Fuel Pump :
    A Caltex Diesel Stop Service station provides for all normal fuel
    and convenience items. A licensed weighbridge and Diner / Restaurant
    are managed by the service station operator.

    Truck Wash :
    Other on-site services include a well renowned Truck Wash
    operation, Truck and Trailer repair amenity, and a truck detailing and
    component polishing facility.

    Description :
    In the interest of the economy and trade and to
    decongest the central business district, CMDA has developed the truck
    terminal at Madhavaram over an extent about 100 acres (0.40 km) at the
    cost of about ₹ 60 million (6 crores).
    It is located near the junction of 100 Feet Road and
    the GNT Road, with easy access to Chennai city, port and railways.
    The terminal has been functioning since 1992. The
    objective of the project is to provide modern and functionally efficient
    truck terminals for the benefit of the city.
