 Daily work management planning scheduling, tooling, absenteeism, safety and material
management.
 To ensure that the machine operations at all the work stations are followed as per the route card.
 Preparation and auditing of TPM work on respective CNC Makino machines.
 To ensure availability of separate tool set up for reducing the tool losses.
 To monitor and reduce major Production losses through OEE monitoring.
 To ensure that 5S systems are followed to maintain proper housekeeping at the shop floor.
 To motivate the employees to give the Kaizen and ensure its implementation.

 Very good knowledge of Robotic machine for Valve Seat and Valve Guide pressing.
