    I, ALFREDO PAREJA RAÑADA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Brgy. 37, Bitano,
    Legazpi City, do hereby appoint and constitute, ROCELY B. ARIENDA, of legal age, Filipino and a
    resident of Bigaa, Legazpi City, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT to do or execute all or
    any of the following acts or things, to wit:

    1. To represent me before the City Mayor’s Office, Sangguniang Panlungsod, Land


    Transportation Office and any/all private or government agencies relating to the
    RENEWAL of the hereunder described motorcycle with sidecar:

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
    authority to execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the powers granted as
    though I myself have so performed it if physically present, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL that my
    ATTORNEY-IN-FACT may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution of her person and
    revocation of this instrument.
