work experience and 10+ years of experience in IT Service
Management, IT Governance and Sales Management. Over the
years he has achieved a high level of certifications such as ITIL
Manager v2, ITIL Expert v3, ISO 20000 Consultant, Leader
Auditor of ISO 20000 (ITSM), 27001 (Information Security) and
9001 (Quality). Ademar has developed several numbers of IT
Service Management, IT Governance, ISO 20000, 27001, 9001
implementations in Brazil and USA. He has also trained 5000+
candidates in official courses accredited by EXIN and APMG.
