Module Objective/s The following are the module objectives:


 a careful analysis of the different methods and designs, with the
aid of appropriate statistical tools, will allows us to make sense of
and interpret a great deal of information.
 understanding the research processes, including the kinds of
statistical analysis that are used
 able to become a wise consumer of psychological information and
make better judgments of the information that you come across
Learning Outcome/s At the end of the module the students are expected to

 know and understand the different research methods and designs

 apply different techniques and procedures in sampling techniques

Structure This module focuses on the research methods and designs which
include:
1. The Scientific Methods
2. Research methodology and designs
3. Different sampling methodologies
4. Types of research
Exercises/Activities Exercise/Worksheets (Individual answer) embedded in the whole
of the module
 

Assessment Quiz (75% passing rate)

Time needed to 2 sessions for 2 hours (60 minutes per session)

Note: Recommended maximum length for a piece of interactive online content is 45 minutes. The
