Tripping carry forward to Breakdown.

Create breakdown notification:

1. Select notification
type N2

Provide Tripping
Intimation Number
Check breakdown check box

SAVE

Proceed to breakdown process.

Order number generated against notification.
GO TO IW22 and enter notification number

ENTER
Click on Pencil icon for change mode of order

Click on cost tab and check cost:


Release Maintenance order:

Click on Flag for Release

Issue material from store/ sub store (sub station)

Maintain approver and user according to that reservation will be available on approver screen

Check approver and user

CLICK ON MAINTENANCE ORDER

Check Cost:
Provide work completion details in
enhancement tab

Click on Enhancement Tab.

Provide work start date, time,Work end date, time

GO BACK and close notification:
Go back
Provide outage details
Provide Fault and Remarks
Click on TECO
OK
GO TO NOTIFICATION AND CLOSE ORDER
