Checking Out Books
Returning Books
Teachers, please have your books brought to the library on the morning before your class visit or 2:00 PM the
afternoon before your class visit.
Stack neatly on the circulation desk the books to be checked in.
Tell the Librarian if your book is lost or damaged in order to clear your record.
Borrowed books must be returned in order to renew or check out books.
Kindergarten - Grade 2 students are allowed to check out one (1) book.
Grade 3 - 5 students are allowed to check out two (2) books.

Non-fiction
The books provide factual, or true, information about each subject. Many books have text and illustrations.
The books in the non-fiction shelves are arranged using the Dewey Decimal Classification System, or DDCS.
The DDCS assigns a number for each subject and all related topics are identified with that number.

Reserving a Computer
Sign in with your full name, grade, and homeroom number on the Library Visit Log Sheet.
Use your assigned computer if available or otherwise directed.
With Class
