For the Employer’s cost estimation of “Sewer Network Project” of Dasherkandi


catchment, the price quotation for some materials including some items are required.
Please provide the quotation officially to the Consultant, “Hankuk Engineering
Consultant (H.E.C)”
Please include the following information in your formal price quotation:
1. Specification of different class of pipes.
2. Quotation for straight uPvc pipe categorized by pipe diameter.
3. Quotation for O-Ring uPvc pipe categorized by pipe diameter
4. Quotation for straight HDPE pipe categorized by pipe diameter.
5. Quotation for different types of fittings categorized by pipe diameter for each type.
6. Which items are included and which items are not included in the price shall be
clearly mentioned (Material cost, Transportation cost, unloading cost, Packing cost,
Factory test cost, Inspection to factory cost)
7. Any additional pipe installation material like glue, solvent cement, tools for easily
handling the pipes which is available in the company shall also be included in the
quotation.
8. All relevant test reports of the pipes for all category shall be included in the
quotation.
