Activity 2

The major stage of development that occurred while developing my group is norming.
1) Firstly, developing stage forming occurred while I was developing my group. In the
beginning, anxiety is high, members are uncertain and they are overly polite and pleasant. But
now my group members avoid confrontation and are polite, interested and
open with other group members. For example, we can share our life matters.
2) Secondly, during the development of our group storing
has a major one part. They voice their opinions and, as a result of this,
a conflict may arise between team members as power and status are assigned. The
group members started to sort itself out and gain each other's trust.
3) The third one is the most important part of our group
development which is norming.
members come to appreciate their differences. They freely express their ideas
and opinions. They provide positive and constructive feedback to each other.
4) Moreover, our group is also performing well. Groups
reach their peak performance level and display a level of competence, trust,
and experience that is less apparent in the earlier stages of group development.
5) At the end adjourning is also an important stage of
our group development process. Once the goal has been attained we have to
maintain the interpersonal relations that we had developed during our work.
Such as I become a good friend of my group members.

To conclude the stages that occurred in the development
of our group always show maximum effort and we will maintain the interpersonal relations that
we had developed during their work.
