Assessment Method How to Adapt the Assessment Method in
DL 1. short quiz I will send a 5-item paper and pencil quiz via Quiz Paper after the lesson. Based on responses, I will take note of the common errors which will serve as basis for the creation of supplementary materials. 2. Interview The learner may record the interview or may write the responses of the interviewee. The questions will be provided by the teacher. 3. Teacher-Made Activity Sheets I will give activity sheets based on the capabilities of the learners as shown in the result of the short quiz I have given. 4. Open-ended questions I will send a 3-item open-ended question to get information on what the learner already know about the lesson to be presented. 5. Performance Task The learner will have to record themselves doing the task (e.g. dance), in the absence of gadgets to be used, they may draw the steps of the dance.
