Plan Type Air Conditioning - Premium
SCOPE OF WORK:
The AMC plan includes 4 (Four) Service. These four service are free of charge, this includes 1 Deep Clean if & when
required. All the stated services would be done on clients location.
Refrigeration system, motors, fan, starters and electrical connections, bearings, IDU evaporator & ODU condenser
coils, microprocessors, PCB & sensors, all air filters, flush drain & pan, noise & vibration and thermostat operation.
Every service would be carried out after 90 days of last service date.
Above plan covers 4 (Four) service only. Any Repair or Maintenance would be additional and is not included in AMC
Plan. Any items or parts, if required, shall be chargeable to customer. Ladder shall be chargeable separately.
Applicable government taxes will be chargeable on all annual plans, stand-alone service visits and parts. Power and
water supply for repair work will be provided by the customer. Any breakage required for inspection shall be quoted for
separately and shall include any masonry work, if required. Replacement of damaged and worn out parts encountered
during repair work will be chargeable. Plan warranty will become void if any alterations or modifications by anyone
other than Swift Serve are made during the annual plan period. AMC Plan amount would not be refunded under this
or any other circumstances. The scheduled service would expire if that particular service is not done within 7
working days of the date mentioned in welcome letter. The AC units covered under the plan should have proper
earthing and should be covered by suitable electrical supply safety devices. Swift Serve shall not be liable for any
breach of non-performance or delay in carrying out any of the obligations contained in this maintenance contract as a
result of strike, lockout, industrial disturbance, fire or accidental damage, restrictions imposed by government, any
act of God, riots, war or any condition arising from similar causes beyond our control. Operations supervisors and
technicians of Swift Serve are not authorized to book service appointments. Customers can book service visits by
calling our contact centre or my e-mailing us. Any disputes shall be subject to Vadodara jurisdiction.
