It has brought to my attention that you consistently late in coming to work and has been incurred
absences without notice. We would like to call your attention to settle this matter.

We know that you are aware that the office starts at 8am and as part of the Faculty you need to
show an example to the other employee of the company. As a part of this company, please bear
bear in mind that you are obligated to notice if you’re to absent, late or coming somewhere else.

Coming late, absences without notice and the difficulty to communicate with you have come to
few complications especially in the cases if emergency. Kindly note that such misconduct
deserves a disciplinary action. Therefore, treat this letter as a warning. Please submit an
explanation letter within 24 hours after receiving this letter
