12 Dimensions of Mastery – Day 01

Welcome to 30-day quest to 12 Dimensions of Mastery.

Before we start, I just want to make one thing clear: This challenge is for people who are
serious about changing their lives. I know that you are one of those people. You are here.

We are going to share secrets and best practices in every core area of your life. We will explore
the main obstacles that can come in your way to personal mastery.

By the end of this quest, we want you to make measurable results. All you need to do is to
make a commitment. 20-30 minutes per day. No excuse.

Questions for today:

1. When are you going to go through the program?

2. Where are you going to do the work (exercise)?

It’s really important to have a specific time for that because that way you will avoid
procrastination and excuses for not doing the exercises.

Also, one more important thing for today is to create your ''Stop doing list.''
