UGC NATIONAL ELIGIBILTY TEST

(UGC-NET) JUNE- 2020


PUBLIC NOTICE
(16 March 2020)
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has been established by Ministry of Human Resource
Development (MHRD) as an independent/ autonomous, self-reliant and self-sustained
premier testing organization. The conduct of the UGC-NET examination has been entrusted
to the NTA by UGC and MHRD, Government of India.

The NTA will conduct the next UGC-NET for Junior Research Fellowship and eligibility
for Assistant Professor between 15 June - 20 June 2020. The Test will comprise of two
papers as given below:

I 100 50 09:30 am to 02:30 pm to 03 hours
II 200 100 12:30 pm (IST) 05:30 pm (IST)

The Test will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only.
The candidates who desire to appear in the Test may see the details in the Information
Bulletin for UGC-NET June 2020 which is available on the websites: www.nta.ac.in and
ugcnet.nta.nic.in w.e.f. 16 March 2020.

The eligible candidates may apply online between 16 March 2020 - 16 April 2020 (upto
11.50 pm). The Application Fees can be paid upto 17 April 2020 (upto 11.50 pm).
