 Value Tech Services have developed APIs integration with multiples GSP to integrate e-Invoicing
with IPR and GSP Portal.
 We have done e-Invoice API integration with multiple ERP solutions like- Microsoft Dynamics
NAV, AX, SAP B1, SAP ECC, SAP S4 HANA and Oracle. .

What is E-invoicing?
 ‘E-invoicing’ or ‘electronic invoicing’ is a system in
which B2B invoices are authenticated electronically by
GSTN for further use on the common GST portal.

 Under the proposed electronic invoicing system, an


identification number will be issued against every
invoice by the Invoice Registration Portal (IRP) to be
managed by the GST Network (GSTN).

 All invoice information will be transferred from this


portal to both the GST portal and e-way bill portal in
real-time.

 Therefore, it will eliminate the need for manual data


entry while filing ANX-1/GST returns as well as
generation of part-A of the e-way bills, as the
information is passed directly by the IRP to GST portal.

What Is Covered - NAV Interface creation and Integration with NIC IPR or NAV Integration with GSP (Ease
My GST) for generation & cancellation of billing documents, correction in any 5 report formats. API integration
will be done with one (1) database of NAV. Other Configuration and Modification in Existing NAV system extra.

One Time Integration Cost with NAV - INR 55000 (e-Invoice) + INR 20000 (e-Waybill) plus taxes | 50 %

GSP(Ease My GST) API Cost- INR 140000/ Annum (e-Invoice + e-Waybill) | 2 PAN, 4 GST No and B2B
Invoice/Annum- approx 100000(1 Lakh) | 100% advance payment
