Fringe Benefit Report + Local Wages To Do List

1. Summary By Job # Section :


Can we make the Job Sale Price default to currency instead of just digits. Same for Total
Wage, Job Profit , and Net Profit.

2. For the Job Sale Price can we have the option to change the price

3. For the Summary By Local Button:


Can we have a date filter just like how the Summary By Job# Section

4. Can we have a print button that can layout a summary similar to how the Fringe benefit report
is formatted?

5. Would like to be able to have each local’s wage sheet implemented so I can updated it
internally. Can this be done ?

Manage Estimate Tool To Do List


6. When creating a new estimate the Total Job Sale Price defaults to $1000 can we make it
default to 0.
7. I was adding a new customer and I notice that the way we are set up right now to do this is first you
need to go to Maintenance/Companies and enter the new customer name and then you go to the
main tab on the estimate tool Add New Contact to enter the rest of the information. If we could do
everything even editing form this main tab that will be great.
8. Can we moved the OCIP box underneath the Certified Payroll box under “Customer/Project Info?
9. I notice on this new version on the server that when you go to create a new estimate AR&B
Mechanical is listed twice, but under contacts is listed one time only. Can we just have it listed once.
10. The COVID-19 additional item is not working properly, it does calculate the hours but it doesn’t do
the multiplication that supposed to happen, hours x .??? x selected job local rate. Also, if I try to
enter the total amount manually, the minute I hit the recalculate button it takes the $ amount that I
enter. We are going to have to create (2) COVID-19 items because of the difference of worked hours
San Francisco vs everywhere else, here is the info for each one:
11. “COVID-19 Jobsite Safety Protocol” the multiplier is hours x .0375 x selected job local rate.
12. “SF COVID-19 Jobsite Safety Protocol” the multiplier is hours x .0715 x selected job local rate.
13. Make Database faster on startup
