Project Installation Guidelines
Installation Process:
1. Download the .RAR (will provide by company) File from your mail id, and Extract it
(Right Click on the .RAR file and click on extract here…..)
2. Install the Application File.
3. Go to Desktop and Click on icon of Excel Entry/Data Entry/Form Fill up.
4. Create a WordPad or word file with following Details :
i) Name :
ii) Mobile no :
iii) Project Id :
iv) Date of Reg:
5. Email above details with signed agreement paper to your concerned sales Executive
Or company’s email id for software activation key & other details.
6. Company will take minimum 24 to 48 hrs to provide activation key.
7. Copy the Activation key with all details from mail and put it in the software with all details and
Click on Activate.
8. Keep your laptop/computer connected with internet while activating software.
9. After activation of software put uid and password for login in software.
10. Put the project id provided by company and click on Load option.
11. After getting the project loaded click on + sign for getting all pages of project.
NOTE: 1. Authentication key would be provided for activation of software one time only.
2. Authentication key must be Activated within 24 hrs of its receiving.
3. After providing 1st activation key Rs. 590/- would be charged for each new auth key
In case of following :-
a) Filling or activating software with wrong details.
b) Re-installation of software, change of pc, formatting or change of OS without
any Permission of company.
4. The company will not be responsible in case the software get corrupted or get virus infected in
user’s laptop / computer.
5. If User faces any problem during work, inform company immediately on mail with the error
screenshot and brief description.
6. User has to send last daily backup in occurrence of problem and software re-installation so that last
typed data can be recovered.
7. Clear your entire question before starting the project. Later, the company will not accept any of your
excuses regarding the project.
Important Instructions for work :- Before starting the Assignment read the user manual
thoroughly and strictly follows the instructions as mentioned below………
For Typing Project:-
1. Font Style must be “Calibri” & font size “12”
2. There will be no space from starting to ending.
3. Same spelling typing.
4. If there is no space no need to give space between two words.
5. If there is large space between two words gives only single space.
6. Always start from left Alignments.
7. Each and every page must be saved after completing.
8. Ignore Bold, Italic, and Underline, as per image file.
9. Click on Final Backup only on Submission date.
10. Type as per content given in the original image.
11. Project must be done serial wise page. ex-1>2>3>4>5>6>7>8>9>10>11………
Note : (a) If some Problem occurs in your computer and if the machine has to be formatted then
Contact technical team of company immediately.
(b) Once final back up done then software will get locked and only can see the data
1. Check the report, if you are not satisfied with report, inform company via mail within24 Hours of
getting report, and you also have to show the proof for that .
2. If you don’t inform company within 24 hrs then no excuse will entertained further.
Rejection of project & Termination of job Contract : -
1. E-Mail above details to your concerned sales executive/ Company’s email id on or before
submission date & time. Failing of doing this will result in Non-acceptance of project &
termination of job contract.
2. Failing to achieve minimum submission of project
3. None completing of full page, form or row.
4. In case of Excel Numeric Entry project if a single or some rows are not filled or filled Partially
then project couldn’t be accepted and project contract would be terminated
5. In Case of typing project if you skip a page or fill half of page then project couldn’t be accepted
and project contract would be terminated.
6. In Case of form filling project if the forms not filled serial wise then project couldn’t be accepted.
