COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer No:APL/10-11/001/GK Date: 26.06.10 Validity : 60 days.


MAKE : ADOR : Made in India by us.

PRICES: The above Prices are ex-works Pune.

TAXES & DUTIES: Excise duty as applicable at the time of supply shall be to your account.
The present rate of excise duty is 10 %. A cess of 3% will be applicable on Excise Duty.

SALES TAX: CST will be charged at 2% against form 'C', otherwise VAT @ 4% is applicable.

PACKING: This shall be charged extra @ 3%. Excise Duty is also applicable on this value.

FREIGHT & INSURANCE: Freight charges will be charged at actual, if transport is to be


arranged by us. Insurance to be arranged by you at your cost. .

MODE OF DESPATCH: Unless otherwise specified, we will be dispatching by road transport


on door delivery basis only.

DELIVERY: 8-12 weeks from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear order
along with advance.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: 25% advance along with order of the total order value and balance
against Performa invoice before dispatch.

WARRANTY: The equipments offered are guaranteed for a period of 18 months from the date
of supply or 12 months from the date of commissioning whichever is earlier.
