Notice to Applicants (Internshala)

Thank you for applying!

At Stirring Minds we aim to provide Internship, Coaching and Learning Opportunities to


the youth by engaging them in demanding projects across the digital and
entrepreneurial horizon.

We receive thousands of applications on a daily basis and are thrilled to elicit this
response. While this is enthralling, it also does put us to the task of evaluating so many
of you at once. To do this we came up with a streamlined system of assessing
candidates efficiently through Discord.

A link has been provided to invite you to our Discord Server where you will find channels
(communication groups), a support bot, and announcements on a left tab therein. These
will provide all the adequate information you’d need about the further process of
obtaining an internship with us.

To make it simpler the following flow is given:

1. Fill in details on the provided Monday form

2. Join Discord Server through provided Link

3. Go through the FAQs, Role-Selection and Test-Tasks Channel

4. Complete and Submit Test Tasks to demonstrate your hands on ability and talent

5. (Optionally) Attend any chat/video interviews within Discord Announcements


Channel (public to all)

6. Based on your submissions we will contact you directly via DMs in the server and/or
calls and personal emails


When selected we shall personally send in the offer letter and mark you selected in
Internshala and do the needful as per Internshala’s policies towards hiring the selects.

NOTE: For all others who aren’t marked as selected and are not contact by us
within 10 days of application can assume their status as “not selected”.
