Experience – 3 to 5 yrs

Qualification

Educational – Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) or Bachelor of Science(Computers)

Job Requirement

Should have knowledge of


 Windows OS installation, maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting 
 Experience with Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007 and later
Active Directory, Manager User and Groups
Windows Server Administration 2008 R2/2012R2
 Windows Networking concepts
 Administration and management of Windows domain based network setups
 Server and client administration, maintenance and troubleshooting in Windows environment
Manage and document system configurations
 Skills and abilities – Knowledge of IT processes, Team Work, User support, Interpersonal skills
and Working with diverse nationalities

Key Responsibilities

 Maintaining and monitoring the servers and other IT equipment


 Technical support to employees for all IT assets.
 Installation of client systems with global standard image
 Controlling and budgeting for IT assets and services.
 Implement the defined processes within the IT department
 Manage the Inventory resources, Data backup and restoration activities on the Server, installation
and configuration of Devices like Laptops, Desktops,
 1st and 2nd level support

Candidate should be comfortable working in shifts.
