Strong preference for ON-site resource at the SaskPower office in Regina. Due to current covid virus
will consider flexible proposals for shorter term. STRONG preference for hourly rate when working
remotely OFFSITE, accompanied with an all inclusive hourly rate for travel, lodging, all expenses
when working ONSITE at SaskPower offices in Regina. Request dual rates to reflect current travel
restrictions in Canada.
Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Flexibility may be extended with respect to
utilization of the resource. Creative proposals for a combination of off/near-shore and on-site
resources will be considered. Offshore must have partial overlap with business hours in Regina.
SAP DEVELOPER with expertise and experience in delivery of FIORI and UI5 solutions, and
Gateway. Role will evolve to be focused majority of the time on FIORI & GATEWAY. Requirement for
the Individual to actively deliver both ABAP ECC solutions and Fiori Gateway solutions. SAP ECC
modules such as Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Sales & Distribution, Finance, Human
Resources Payroll & Time, Materials Management. Active support to "Notifications". SaskPower has
been running SAP for over 20 years. Project released for SAP Support Packs, EHP, HANA database ver
2 upgrade, and VIM upgrade. Somewhat beneficial to have knowledge of SAP PO Process
Orchestration. SaskPower is considering SAP Cloud Platform SCP.
Mandatory Experience
• SAP Developer experience.
Experience in documentation of coding. Experience in support of SAP systems
Desired Experience
SAP FIORI, UI5, GATEWAY. (a) with expertise and experience in delivery of FIORI and UI5
solutions, and Gateway development and support (b) SAP ABAP with all RICEF objects, Adobe
Forms, OOABAP (c)
Experience with SAP HANA development (d) Beneficial to have knowledge on SAP Cloud Platform
SCP, and ABAP on Cloud.
Expertise and experience as an SAP ABAP Developer for ECC/ERP systems.
Preference for Intermediate and Senior experience, however off-shore resources may have less
experience when paired with on site partner. Experience with SAP ECC/ERP systems.
Deliverables
Preparation of new SAP development objects.
Support and maintenance for existing SAP development objects.
Assessment and resolution of application of vendor patches, upgrades, releases to custom code.
Data conversion & interface management. Quality Assurance.
Documentation of RICEFW (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and work-flow).
Write Technical Specifications, and similar. Development Environment and Version control. User
Support.
=> Work closely within the ABAP Developer team to contribute to success of the larger SAP
Operations. Collaborate and support the SAP Functional Resources. Support removal of core mods
from the system.
