My due respect to our District Manager, Sir Yul Rabulan and to everyone present here today, a

pleasant day to one and all!

Time flies so fast, it is as if yesterday when a new Merfaco came in to our branch. Today, we
create another memorable event as we witness the turning of a new page in the history of our
branch. We welcome our new Merfaco who will be with us for the next two years.

As your out-going Merfaco, I am humbled enough to had worked with you serving our clientele
in the best that we could. Through thick and thin, we remained strong and resilient. In our
highs and lows, we supported and encouraged one another. I also thanked all the people
around us who never doubted our capabilities, we persevered and succeeded.

Today, with great honor and pride, I am turning over this key of responsibility to you Sir/Maam
________________________ as the new Merfaco in this Mercury branch. Continue to uphold
the mission and vision of our company in providing over the top service that will make all
Filipinos feel safe and being cared for. Remember our mission: to serve our clientele, to have
what they want – when, where and how they want it.
