Project Presentation (15 min) + Q&A(5 min)
1. Quick recap of project part 1 
‐ Business context (company; nature of business); 
‐ Business needs and key issues; recommendations
2. Evaluation of software 
‐ Live demonstration of prototype – walkthrough of processes
‐ How it meets the company’s needs – what it can vs cannot do; 
workarounds; controls; reporting requirements
‐ How it can improve the company’s processes and controls
 Summarize key points of evaluation with screenshots on .ppt slides
3. Overall recommendations (i.e., strong yes, cautious yes, and no)
 specific to the needs and potential challenges for this organization
4. Q&A

Project Presentation
*Need to apply to the specific business context, not just listing 
down the AIS features

*Need to present well and focus your efforts at the presentation 

*You are not supposed to compare one AIS against another AIS

*Submit your power‐point slides online; bring printed hardcopy 
on actual day or submit to your instructor in advance

*Q&A is also considered as part of your presentation

• Marks will be awarded for
(1) Evaluation of software and prototype 
walkthrough
(2) Content of the presentation – ability to link 
to specific business context, summarization 
of key points in evaluation, and 
recommendations
(3) Presentation and communication skills

recommendations)
– SAP (MCQs and short‐questions)
– Analytics (Data acquisition and visualization)
