Dhanush is the WD TL mobility solution to help capture D-call based
information on the android based application.

This is the after-login page of Dhanush application.

Main points to focus for increasing productivity -


 Availability - To ensure stock availability at each store DS visits.
 Visibility - Proper in-shop and on-shop visibility check should be done by TL
in his area.
 Freshness -
 Accurate forecasting - Giving DS daily target should be on basis of
potential outlets. Convenience stores should be divided into
purchasing/selling capacity and on their locality. For Example, A
convenience store sells 94mm or 84mm sticks in large number than
69mm or 64mm.
 Stock Control - This should be a part of DS and TL by visiting a potential
outlet and asking them about any function or event in their area due to
which a sudden demand of products will increased.
 Timely Stock Rotation (this should be done by TL in his area at each store
he visits) will maintain freshness of products at convenience store.
*Must include a routine task for TL, every time he visits market with DS, he
should pitch company’s focused product (Wave - 69mm) and sell minimum of 2
packet and click a photo and upload it to be marked present for attendance.
*A picture to be uploaded twice or thrice a month for visibility In-shop and on-
shop.
*Must include an option in stock issue for products which sell in convenience
store (for example, Biscuit, Chips, confectionary, etc.). A target to be assigned
after doing spot test for these products on some stores.
*A spot test can be done by a TL every week on potential outlets for 20
minutes. This data can be used for doing MLCS in a better way. To know
weather, he is doing Spot Test weekly there should be a GPS tracker on the
app and TL should be aware of that.
How this will help?
This helps in getting accurate data before providing the extra benefits by
company to the convenience store and this will help in providing a right
product at right time at right place.
