    AGREEMENT FOR CHILD SUPPORT

    This Agreement for Child Support, is made and entered into by and between:

    JANE B. SANTOS, Filipino, single, of legal age and with resident and postal
    address at #12 Sampaguita St. Brgy. 395, Sampaloc, Manila;

    And

    GABBY C. DELA CRUZ, Filipino, single, of legal age and with resident and
    postal address at #7 Lot 3 Block 6 Mayaman St. Quezon City.

    The parties hereto declare:

    I. That, they lived together as common-law partners since February 27, 2014;

    II. That, they are the parents of the minor child named CAESAR S. DELA
    CRUZ, born on June 1, 2016;

    III. That, in view of their separation on July 2, 2020, the minor child is in the care
    and custody of the mother, Jane B. Santos;

    IV. That, Gabby C. Dela Cruz is employed in a private company and earns a
    salary of Php 50, 000.00 monthly, whereas Jane B. Santos is currently engaged
    in online selling of merchandise and earns an average of Php 20, 000.00
    montly ; and

    V. That, the parties decided to settle between themselves the question of child
    support and other incidents thereof;

    THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and declarations in this


    agreement, the parties agreed as follows:

    1. In consideration that the child is still a minor and under Philippine Laws,
    JANE B. SANTOS, being the mother, shall have sole custody of the minor
    child. However, the same shall be subject to visitation rights stated in the next
    paragraph.

    2. GABBY DELA CRUZ, as the biological father, shall have the right of
    reasonable visitation with the minor child, at any time subject to the consent
    of JANE SANTOS. In arranging visitation, the parties shall take into
    consideration the requirements of the minor child’s school work, their
    activities, and child care arrangements.

    3. GABBY DELA CRUZ shall provide for the support of the minor child, in the
    sum of Php 25, 000.00 monthly, beginning on July 17, 2020. The child support
    shall continue monthly and thereafter, as may be needed by the minor child.
    Further, the amount may be adjusted according to the need of minor child,
    and the resources and means of the giver.
    4. The parties acknowledge that they have entered into this agreement freely
    and voluntarily, and that it is not the result of any duress or any undue
    influence.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto affix their signatures this 10 th day of
    July, 2020 in the City of Manila.
