TERMS DEFINITION
-Rights that belong to an individual or group of
individuals simply for being human, or as a
consequence of inherent human vulnerability, or
because they are requisite to the possibility of a
just society.
HUMAN RIGHTS - It is a wide continuum of values or capabilities
thought to enhance human agency or protect
human interests and declared to be in universal
in character, in some sense equally claimed for all
human beings, present and future.
DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS -This proclaims that “men are born and remain
free and equal in rights” and that “the aim of
OF MAN AND OF THE CITIZEN every political association is the preservation of
(AUGUST 26, 1789) the natural imprescriptible rights of man”.
