the past and I already included the answers hoping this will guide you on your
application here with us.

Frequently Asked Questions

 Why is Anydesk (remote access) needed for the online exam?


Ans: The purpose of accessing your Anydesk is for our recruitment team to know that
you're taking the exam real time and to avoid 3rd parties to accomplish the exam for the
actual candidate. It is also used during training because you’ll be using the company’s
computer (through remote access) to deal with the tasks and leads.
No worries, we will never going to access your device without your permission.

 Is the interview after passing the online exam will be over the phone or through
Skype?
Ans: The interview is over the phone on your provided mobile number, there are some
situation where we are contacting them through Skype that is when the reception is bad and
we can’t communicate clearly through phone call.
The Skype is also needed for the final process (Chat Simulation) where our representative
will assist you throughout the process.

 It’s a sales account, is it commission based?


Ans: No. We have daily rate (computed from the basic salary offer).

 Terms of payment and salary offer for this account?


Ans: Terms of payment is through bank transfer. Once you join the training, we will be
asking for your bank account where your salary will be transferred.
Basic Salary is P20,000 for agents who accomplished their training. During training, the
allowance will start at P700/day and is given semi-monthly or twice a month.
Payday – every 20th of the month for the cutoff period of 1 – 15
every 5th of the following month for the cutoff period of 16 – end of the month.

 What is the product/service offered in this account?


Ans: Unfortunately, I cannot disclose the very product/service the account offer, it will be
discussed on the first day of your training. I can give you a hint though, we handle social
media and dating application for this account.
