    Dimensions of Care

    GIVE YOUR ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION TO THE DIAGRAM:

    The diagram shows that in Hospice Palliative Care, we as future nurses are embodied to do or follow the
    dimensions of care. With such as we connect with our patients and significant others, providing them
    comfort and support in the entire time that they are under our care. Doing for are things we do to
    promote healing and help them in any ways preserving our integrity as nurses that even though no one
    is watching we take good care of them, and treat them well to the best that we can. Empowering them
    and their significant others through listening and giving them time or space to discuss the things they
    are comfortable with. Finding meaning is helping them cope up with the question “why this happened
    to me?” Listening to them and empathize with them. And above all we as nurses must value the essence
    of Life, that even how hard our work is, how terminally the patient is, we still value their life like ours.
