MARA SHIELD PROTECTION

Complete Mara (Devil) Shield Protection Technique is a complete technique for mara
shield basic protection. It’s suggested for you to activate this shield protection in every
condition even you are not in practice. The most important step in this technique is the
visualization.
Mara Shield Protection:
1. Form Anjali Mudra, similar to Namaskar Mudra, but your fingers are cross each
other and put it in front of your forehead.
2. Recite Vajrasattva mantra “ OM VAJRA SATTVA HA (7 times) “.
3. Stay in the Anjali mudra and move it to touch your forehead, neck, solar plexus,
left shoulder, right shoulder and then back to forehead.
4. When back to the forehead, disclose the mudra.
5. At the time you disclose your mudra, visualize a deity with golden body carry
weapons to protect you, then this deity separated become 4 shapes of body and
protect you in four directions. In Buddhism, this deity was known as
Vajrasattva, Dharmapala Wedha.
6. After finish it, continue with forming Bhutadamara Mudra as picture below.
When do this mudra, visualize blue light appear / shines out from candali center
and become larger and larger and cover the body of sadhaka (disciple).
