Training is crucial to realizing the full value of your Primavera application. Training is available
in different formats to suit the needs of each individual and the organization:
For the individual
Instructor‐Led Training: Student attends in person. Courses emphasize hands‐on
exercises in live software environment led by Oracle University instructor or Primavera
Consulting Group. Please note: P6 training by Oracle Univ. in North America is provided
by partners only. Some courses also are available as live virtual classes where student
attends “virtual classroom” via internet connection.
Training on Demand: Student accesses recorded class via internet connection. Training
includes streaming lectures and access to software environment, with the ability to
search, pause or rewind.
For the organization
UPK Content Packs: Training content sold directly to customer. Content can be launched
within the Primavera application and customized to reflect organizational needs.
Content created via Oracle User Productivity Kit.
TRAINING
Primavera courses qualify for Professional Development Units issued by the Project
Management Institute to maintain professional certification. In general, 6.5 PDUs are earned for
each day of the course’s duration.
