Preheat a grill tray on medium. Place half of the bread until lightly toasted.Repeat with the
remaining bread.
Spray both sides of bacon lightly with oil. Place under grill and cook for2-3 minutes each side
until lightly crisp. Drain on table napkin paper. Panfry the chicken breast;
Spread the bread with egg mayo. Layer the bread with chicken breast, bacon, lettuce leaves
and top with another sliced of bread. Finish with the final slice of bread and cut in to half.After
wards pinch of salt and pepper. Serve with chips.
1. In medium saucepan, heat the butter over a medium low heat until melted.
Add flour and stir until smooth. Over medium heat,cook until the mixture turns
lighta light,golden sandy color about 6 to7 minutes.
2. Meanwhile ,heat the milk in a separate pan until just about to boil. Add hot milk to the
butter mixture 1 cup at a time, whisking continuously until very smooth . Bring to boil
Cook 10 minutes ,stirring constantly ,then remove from heat
Season with salt and set aside
