    Application for appointment of a Receiver under Order 40 Rules 1-2 C.P.C.

    The petitioner most respectfully states as under:

    1. That the Petitioner/plaintiff has filed the suit for foreclosure and sale of the defendant’s
    property in this hon’ble court.
    2. That the defendant has, intentionally damage the property for diminishing the value of the
    property marked as Annexure 1 in the plaints.
    3. That the defendant has even taken advance rent of 3 years from all the 5 tenants.

    It is, therefore, prayed that a Receiver may be appointed over the property in
    question and he be given the possession of the property who will maintain the income of the
    property out of rent and will also maintain the property,

    I, Mubarak Hossain, Son of Rashed Hossain, 112, Naily Road, Thana-Ramna, Dhaka, age
    about 45years, by religion Muslim, by Profession Businessman, by nationality Bangladeshi by
    birth, do thereby solemnly affirm and states as follows:

    a. That I am the plaintiff-petitioner of the case and as such competent to swear this affidavit.
    b. That the statements made herein before are true to the bet of my knowledge and belief.
