Research Paper:
One Research Paper on the topic “Effect of Training on Employee Development and
Organizational Effectiveness“was accepted in international journal namely “Global Journal of
Management and Business Studies”.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of training on employee development and
organizational effectiveness. The data was collected from the 112 lecturers of both public and
private sector universities of Rawalpindi using questionnaires and random sampling was applied.
Correlation and regression analysis were run to check the effect of training, training methods and
training needs analysis on employee development and organizational efficiency. It was illustrated
from research findings that that employee development and organizational effectiveness depends
upon employee training, implementation of training methods and training need analysis. There was
significant and positive relationship between employee training, training methods, training needs
analysis and employee development and organizational effectiveness.
