Vision
Romblon State University will be renowned center for excellence and development in the MIMAROPA Region for Higher Education.
Mission
The University shall primarily provide higher technological, professional and vocational instruction and training in science, agriculture, and industrial fields, as well as short
term technical and vocational courses. It shall promote research, extension, advanced studies and progressive leadership in its area of specialization.
General Objectives:
1. To achieve its physical, mental, social, moral, cultural and ecological mission/goal, physical education shall pursue the following objectives:

3. Enhance critical thinking.
4. Further develop and refine skills in sports, dance and recreation.

6. Awaken a sense of nationalism and appreciation of one’s cultural heritage through the revival and preservation of indigenous games, dances and sports.
7. Develop awareness of the natural environment and the need for its protection and conservation through outdoor and aquatic activities.
X. Methods of Computation
1. Percentile shall be used in recording grades when evaluating students using the formula.

V. Course Description: This course deals with movement as foundations of sports, dance and recreational activities. It focuses on
gymnastics
cardiovascular exercises, conditioning and various components of physical fitness integrated with health education.
