1. If I ordered today, when will my order get delivered?
It will take approximately 48-72 hours for us to deliver your products to you. We will try our best to deliver within
48 hours. So please be patient.

2. Can we order via Facebook Messenger?

Sorry, we do not take orders via FB Messenger at the moment.

3. What time does the site open?

The site goes active at 6 AM daily (unless otherwise communicated on our Facebook page) and will remain active till
the day’s order quota is fulfilled.

4. Why can’t I see my area in the delivery grid?

It can be three reasons;
a) We do not deliver to your area as yet.
b) We could be operating with a reduced delivery grid today. Watch our Facebook page for any updates.
c) The order quota for your particular area (store deliveries are dispatched from) has exceeded for the day.

5. I placed my order and the card got charged, but I did not receive an email confirmation.
Are youcheating us?
Ideally, you should receive an email confirmation for your order. If the payment has gone through it is very likely your
order has been placed and you will receive an email confirmation within the day. In case you are still unsure and
don't receive your order within the stipulated time, do reach out to us.

6. What is the delivery cost?

A Rs.500 processing and delivery fee applies to every order.
