Project Title: e-Commerce Website

1. Introduction

Main goal of this website is to provide an e-Commerce Website that should display
different product items which can be selected for purchase and allows an
authenticated user to filter by product name with an input box. E-commerce
websites are becoming more popular among companies throughout the world, they
provide company sales services to a large number of customers, automate the
sales process, and payment process.

2. Expected List of Features

• Navbar with authentication button that displays a modal with the authentication form
username and password. Users need to login to make their purchases.
• Navbar menu with links to Home, Purchase Products, On Sale, My Purchases.
• Navbar Brand that contains the company logo o slogan.
• A Main page that contains a carousel with the top sales products.
• Main content page with product thumbnails with description.
• A single product page where shows the picture and the description of product selected.
• Add to cart button on each product thumbnail
• Add to cart button on the single product page.
• Rating of each product inside the thumbnail
• An input field which allow the users to filter the products by a keyword
• Display the cart with the items selected at the right side of the page. People needs to see
which products they have selected.
• A navbar link that navigate to the main
• A checkout button for the shopping cart. To get to the complete purchase stage.
• An aside vertical navigation bar with product categories and a button to toggle this
feature
• A footer with company Contact, Address, and Social Media icons
3. Market Survey

• Estore.canon.com.pa has a main page with lots of images regarding their products, a list
of 5 products which can be selected for purchase, a navbar with a product search. It has
a Product Section where products can be added to the cart. Each product can be
selected and presented into a single Web Page
• mulata.interfuerza.shop/url/shop has index page with product offer, a section with a list
of payment methods, footer with ecommerce platform info. A Product section with their
product items to select their filter an be by keywords of by sliders with price ranges.
Single product page with the information and pricing of the product. It has a navigation
bar with Home, Shop, About us, a link to the shopping cart through an icon.

shows all their products by category, their navigation bar is horizontal. Has a header with
a shopping cart icon link.

can be chosen via a navbar dropdown in the main page. The product page presents a
list of product thumbnails, a navbar with some sections, a search engine to lookup for
products.

with navigation bar with home, catalog, shop, blog. Has an aside at the left aside filter.
Shopping cart toggles when user clicks on the shopping cart icon.
