So you want to sell your products through PayPal.. but you keep getting limited? Well,
a lot of people stopped using PayPal because of those stupid limitations, in this
chapter, we’ll show you how to create a new and secure PayPal account or keep your
current PayPal account safe. Let’s go!

How to create a new, secure PayPal that’s limitation protected

1. For the people who want to create a new PayPal account

This chapter is ment for people who’re new to PayPal or want to create a new PayPal
to sell their products, without getting limited.

First of all, when creating a new PayPal account, we should begin COMPLETELY from
scratch, this is what you’ll need; - A new user account on your PC.
- Access to your router gateway. (to change MAC address)
- Your VALID information (18+ recommended)
- A verified bank account. (on the same name as the PayPal account!)

Why do we want to do this? Well, let me explain..

PayPal’s system checks all of your information when you create a new account. It
checks the IP Address, Country, PC-Information, Cookies, Address, First/Last name,
Bank account etc. etc. So basically what we have to do is create a fresh PayPal
account, with 100% new information, it should have 0 links with the previously,
limited account.
Here is a quick step-by-step plan for creating a new, safe PayPal;

1) Create a new user account on your PC, only for the PayPal account!

user-account-in-windows-7-3326039/

2) Changing your IP Address/MAC Address

This step is only for people who already had an old PayPal account before using
this method.
To do this, you’ll need access to your default router gateway (192.168….), you can
find your router gateway by opening CMD and entering; ipconfig /all Find
more about changing your IP Address/MAC Address here 

windows-linux-and-mac/ http://www.digitaltrends.com/computing/how-to-change-
your-ip-address/

3) Go onto your new made user account, and create a PayPal with your new IP/MAC
Address, here are a few things you have to think of when creating a new PayPal; -
NEVER, but NEVER use a VPN or Proxy, it will AUTOMATICALLY flag your account as
suspicious. Just don’t.
- Try to use the same IP everytime when logging into your PayPal.
- Use your real private information, if you use fake information you’ll get limited in
no-time.
- Use your real bank account, with the same information as the PayPal account, don’t
use wrong or other names. Everything should match with each other.

2. For the people who want their PayPal account to stay secured

Do you have a (verified) PayPal account, and you want to make sure you won’t get
limited? Here are a few things you should hold on:

First of all, please make sure the information you’ve got on your PayPal account is real
and matches with your credit card or bank account. This is one of the most important
reasons for PayPal to limit your account.

1) Receiving too much money

- Receiving too much money is one of the biggest causes for your PayPal to get
limited, this is especially for new PayPal users who don’t have a large payment
history. If you’re receiving a lot of money, it will activate the PayPal account-check
system and probably get your account limited. Here are a few payment ranges to start
with.
New users: Don’t take payments above $75, and don’t let your balance get higher
than $400. If you want to withdraw your money, don’t withdraw everything at once,
try to withdraw around 70%, this will keep your account from getting investigated.
Also, don’t spend your money quickly, keep your balance the same for 2 or 3 days and
then start spending or withdrawing your money.

Old users: Old users are capable of receiving high payments, however, if you really
want to stay safe, follow these guidelines;
Don’t take payments above $200 at once, keep your maximum balance at $1000. If
you want to withdraw your money, as said above, don’t withdraw everything at once.
Try to withdraw around 70% of your current balance, keep the money in your account
for 1 or 2 days, then withdraw it. Also, don’t send high payments, try to keep your
payments under $300 at once.

If you hold on to this guideline, your chance of getting limited will get
incredibly low.
In the next chapter, we’ll get all the basics of this e-book on one page to
make it easy for you.
Make sure you only have 1 main PayPal account, this will keep yourself safe from the PayPal
account-check system, and will keep your account from getting limited.

NEVER use a VPN or Proxy, always the same home IP, if you want to stay secure, log into your
PayPal through a new PC-User account and don’t log in from your phone.

If you have more than one PayPal account, make sure that they don’t match in account
information/IP Address, if they do, you’ll get limited in no-time.

Always clear your cookies and open the PayPal website in incognito mode, this will prevent you
from getting tracked.

Always use your REAL and VERIFIED information, don’t even bother trying to make fake PayPal
accounts, the limitation-chance is way too high.

If you’re logging in to your PayPal account, make sure your IP Address is in the same country/city
as before, if you don’t, PayPal will flag your account as suspicious and probably limit it.

Getting a lot of money? Calm down! Don’t receive a lot of payments, and keep the payments low,
if you’re having a lot of (high) payments, PayPal will be investigating your account, this will create
a lot of problems.

- Using a VPN/Proxy
- Fake details
- Selling illegal products
- Buying illegal products
- Having a lot of PayPal accounts at the same time
- Creating a new PayPal account with the same information as the previously limited one
- Making/receiving a lot of chargebacks
- Sending too many payments as ‘donations’ or ‘friends and family’
Help! My PayPal got limited, again…
Well, that’s a serious problem, especially if you’ve a lot of money on your account, what do
you need to do?! Here are a few options;

1- Why did your my get limited? What to do now?

2- Can I get my money back? HOW?!
3- Help! All my new accounts are getting limited?!

1- Your account probably got limited because you activated the PayPal account-check
system. There are a few options you could try to start using PayPal again; - Create a new,
secure PayPal using this e-book.
- Contact PayPal and tell them about your limitation. (chance of unlimitation is low) -
Give PayPal all info they need, and wait for your balance to be given free.  Withdraw.

2- Yes you can get your money back, but could take up to 180 days if you’re unlucky. The bad
thing about PayPal is that they have the right to limit your account, and you can’t do a
sh*t about it. Well, I hope you learned your lesson and will never get your PayPal limited
again.

3- That’s probably because some of the information you used on your PayPal matches with
your old, limited PayPals. Please re-read this e-book and check all steps to make sure you
won’t get limited.
